Thomas Valerius also noticed Aurora's movement and looked up at her. "Miss Sterling, is something wrong?"
Aurora's brow furrowed slightly, her beautiful eyes fixed on the man. He grew uncomfortable under her stare and quickly lowered his head, avoiding her gaze.
"Do you think there's something wrong with my caregiver, Miss Sterling?" Thomas Valerius asked with a smile.
Aurora finally shifted her gaze. "It's nothing. It's just that this gentleman looks familiar. I feel like I've seen him somewhere before, but I can't quite place him."
Hearing Aurora's words, Damien Valerius's gaze hardened slightly. This wasn't a sign of jealousy. He knew Aurora; she wasn't the type to make idle conversation, and she certainly wouldn't approach a stranger with a line like "you look familiar" just to chat him up.
So, if she said the man looked familiar, then he *must* have looked familiar. Besides, he had complete faith in Aurora's perception and intuition.
