Damien Valerius had originally intended to tease Aurora Sterling and get her to act a little spoiled. But now that she was actually doing it, he found he wasn't happy about it at all.
Especially when he saw the men in the conference room looking obviously dazed through the video feed, his heart felt like it was being clawed by a cat.
Seeing Damien Valerius's reaction, Aurora Sterling gave a mischievous smile, then spoke again in a soft and considerate voice, "Since the meeting is so important, you should carry on. But we can't let the soup get cold. How about I feed it to you right here? Don't worry, I won't disturb your meeting. I'll just quietly feed you your soup."
After all, the public already saw Aurora Sterling as some clingy woman who was always stuck to Damien Valerius's side. So, she might as well play this role of a ditsy, dependent woman to the hilt!
'This'll teach him to neglect his health and try to tease me!'
Meanwhile, the conference room was growing restless.
