Damien Valerius had promised Aurora Sterling that he would limit his workload for the next few days. He couldn't work for more than two hours at a time, after which he had to rest for an hour. And after 6 p.m., he was strictly forbidden from doing any kind of work.
Although Damien Valerius personally felt it was completely unnecessary given his physical condition, he found himself willingly going along with her every time he saw how earnestly she was taking care of him.
Aurora Sterling was reasonable enough. As long as he didn't exceed the time limit, she did her best not to disturb him.

Seeing that he had no intention of stopping, Aurora Sterling stood there with her hands on her hips, glaring at him with her cheeks puffed out.
