There were many suspicious circumstances surrounding Professor Sterling's "accidental" death.
But what exactly happened back then remains a mystery to this day.
Damien Valerius had a feeling the Super Virus had very likely been destroyed by Professor Sterling.
Sean Carter had clearly realized this as well, and his expression soured.
"Let's stop the investigation into Charles Miller here for now," Damien Valerius said lightly as another wave of fatigue washed over him.
"But Boss... Charles Miller is the person we know who got closest to the Super Virus," Sean Carter said. "Even if he didn't obtain the Super Virus, he was still part of the research team back then. If we can find him, we might be able to start researching the Super Virus again."
Damien Valerius didn't answer. He just furrowed his brow, his expression pained as he pressed a hand to his forehead.
