Hannah Hale followed behind him, giving a nervous cough. "How did you know?"
"You're pretty bold. Did Zachary Redgrave put you up to it?"
Nathan Redgrave's stern face was unreadable, and his voice was flat.
"He didn't put me up to it. I was the one who asked to go."
Hannah Hale wanted to tell him that Raina Lynn had it coming. 'She was always framing Laura. Not beating her to a pulp was already showing mercy.'
But then she remembered they weren't close enough to talk so freely, so she held her tongue.
"Mm."
Nathan Redgrave acknowledged her, then opened the car door and slid into the driver's seat. "Pack your things. You're moving in today. And tonight, you're coming with me to the family estate for dinner."
"Okay, got it."
Hannah Hale knew Nathan Redgrave had only married her because he didn't want his family forcing him on any more blind dates. He was just using her as a shield.
Besides, they had already signed a contract before registering the marriage.
