Yvonne Sloan glanced at Keith Chambers, then completely ignored him. "LoriaLaura, the boy's father will definitely hold someone accountable later. Why don't you just take the initiative and apologize? Maybe then we can make this whole thing go away."
"It's a little early to be talking about that. I'd advise you to get the boy to a hospital, and quickly."
The little boy wouldn't stop crying in Yvonne Sloan's arms. He had landed headfirst, and Laura Lowell was worried he might have hit his head.
Yvonne Sloan said nothing more, simply holding the little boy and heading for the parking lot.
Laura Lowell took her phone out of her purse, called Zachary Redgrave, and then got into her own car.
Keith Chambers's car followed closely behind.
