Vera Xavier was at a loss for words. Nathaniel Nathan continued his accusation, "This is emotional betrayal! What you did was terrible, and you must be punished severely!"
After a long silence, Vera Xavier looked at him and asked, "My memory was just completely wiped. Excuse me, handsome, what's your name? I need to log it in my system first."
The corner of Nathaniel Nathan's mouth twitched. He reached out to pinch her nose and said, "Quick on your feet, aren't you? But it's no use. I remember everything in my little black book perfectly. It doesn't matter whether you admit it or not, because I'm the one who'll be carrying out the sentence."
Vera Xavier decided to remain silent. Nathaniel Nathan asked her again, "Who is Damian Yale?"
"Don't know him!" Vera Xavier replied.
Nathaniel Nathan continued, "Who is Shane Caldwell?"
"Don't know him." 'Nathaniel is being a little childish!' Vera thought.
