Ashley Bowen nodded, sat down at the piano, and opened the sheet music.
She had learned a bit about reading music and the basics of piano scales in middle and high school, so by following the score, Ashley Bowen could slowly pluck out a melody. A piece that should have taken a dozen or so seconds took her several times as long.
Despite her slow playing, Kuna listened intently.
