Yuri Sinclair smiled with satisfaction as he watched her skillfully use her knife and fork, carefully cutting her food.
'It really works, using Daley to get a rise out of her,' he thought.
A moment later, Ashley Bowen slid the plate back in front of Yuri Sinclair. The egg had been carefully cut into the shape of a heart, with several slices of lunch meat piled on top.
"Honey, eat the lunch meat and the egg together. It's less greasy that way," she said with a bright smile, calling him "Honey" again and again, which nearly drove Daley mad with anger.
The situation was a complete one-eighty from yesterday. The person Yuri held was no longer Daley, and the one he had eyes for was no longer her either. It was, completely and utterly, Ashley Bowen.
The entire meal was a showcase of the couple's affection, and Daley was undoubtedly the brightest third wheel.
After breakfast, the three of them left together.
