She turned her face away and gave him a gentle push. "I can't guess." Her expression was full of girlish coyness.
Yuri Sinclair knew she wasn't in the mood for guessing, so he didn't press her. Instead, he covered her eyes with his hands. "I'll count down, then." One... two... three!
Ashley Bowen's heart pounded in time with Yuri's count.
Suddenly, Yuri released his hands. Light flooded her vision as several people simultaneously pulled away a gray canvas tarp.
A bright red helicopter, emblazoned with the words "I LOVE YOU SUMMER," stood before them.
"This will be your mode of transport from now on. You're three months pregnant now. For the next five months, until you're eight months along, you'll be using this. I won't allow you to travel by car anymore. The exhaust fumes will affect you, and traffic jams will affect your mood. And squeezing onto the subway or anything like that is absolutely out of the question."
He said with a doting smile, his gaze falling to her stomach.
