What a coincidence for the baby to decide to be born today.
"Maybe he knew his big sisters were celebrating their birthday and got lonely, so he decided to come out and join them?" Sarah said, leaning in.
Felicity chimed in, "Yeah, yeah! That way, the three of us can celebrate our birthdays together from now on."
"Aah, I can't take it anymore! Hurry, get me… get me to the hospital…" Joan Shaw clutched her belly, which was as big as a beach ball, and cried out in pain.
"President Xavier, I'll go pull the car into the courtyard. You stay with Joan," Caleb Adler said, quickly getting up and running off.
Two minutes later, Joan Shaw was helped into the car. She lay with her head in Miles Xavier's lap, holding her two daughters' hands.
At that moment, despite the pain, she felt incredibly happy. 'To be able to welcome a new life with my whole family by my side… this is true happiness.'
"Honey, just hang in there. We'll be there in ten minutes."
