She looked at her phone. It was an unknown number. Frowning, she answered it anyway.
"Hello, this is Manager Wright from Xavier Pictures. The company has made some last-minute staffing changes, and you've been assigned to Jasper. You will be his new manager, handling all of his affairs. Please be at the company tomorrow morning at nine sharp for the handover."
Nate Jennings was still a bit dazed when she hung up. She knew better than anyone who Jasper was.
To become Jasper's manager... it was like a dream come true.
"Oh my god." Being boy-crazy, she had no resistance to handsome men. The thought of Jasper's incomparably cool face made her heart pound.
But then she slapped her own cheeks, reminding herself: 'Nate Jennings, you can't be so fickle. Your dream guy is Howard. Now, in the future, and always. Who the heck is Jasper? He's just a professional contact, okay?'
