Luna Langley never imagined that Silas Lockwood would publicly thank her on stage, which was tantamount to officially announcing his own marriage.
Everyone around them was applauding. Besides Shane Sterling, probably no one else in the room knew she was the "wife" Silas Lockwood had just mentioned, but Luna Langley's heart was still pounding, and she found it impossible to remain calm.
Especially since Silas Lockwood had kept his eyes on her after he finished speaking.
