He lunged forward like a rabid wolf, grabbing the Head Physician by the throat of his robes and lifting him right off the floor. "What the hell are you doing?!" Samuel snarled, his eyes completely bloodshot, radiating an aura of pure slaughter. "What are you useful for if you can't even figure out what is destroying her?!"
"I-I don't know, My Lord!" the physician choked out, his legs kicking frantically. "I-It might be a severe migraine—"
Samuel violently hurled the man backward into the wall. "A migraine?!" He pointed a trembling, furious finger at the bed, where Seera was currently arching her back, her knuckles turning white as she gripped the bedsheets in pure torment. "Do you think 'that' is a migraine?! A migraine does not look like her soul is being ripped out! Are you completely crazy?!"
