Everyone was quite shocked. The situation had suddenly flipped completely; before, Elfman's attacks couldn't hit Bacchus at all, and now Bacchus couldn't touch Elfman.

Kael couldn't help but laugh as he noticed this. Clearly, Elfman remembered being toyed with by Bacchus earlier and was now getting his revenge in front of everyone.
"Isn't his attack after drinking supposed to be unpredictable?"
Lucy asked in confusion.
Kael smiled and explained: "There's no such thing as an unpredictable attack. When your insight and stats completely surpass the opponent's, no matter how much the attacks change, they have no effect. You don't even need to predict; just looking and sensing is enough."

Bacchus also seemed to realize that Elfman was playing with him.

Elfman's tail whipped out and struck Bacchus directly across the face.
"Ugh!"
Bacchus lost his balance and was about to fly off to the side, but before he could even take off, Elfman appeared beside him and drove a foot into his waist.

Bacchus cried out in pain. Before he could fall, Elfman's tail wrapped around his leg.

The red color on Elfman's body faded away as he returned to his original form, raising his arm and shouting.

"Is Brother Elfman okay?"
Lisanna asked with some concern.
