Vision blurring.

Then stopped.
"You say your name is Hyung… it means big brother."
He smiled — bright, innocent.
"So protect me, Big Brother."
"I'm weak… so I should lean on my Big Brother."
Hyung looked at those sparkling eyes.
Nodded.

He wiped them roughly.
"We have to get going. Mio, Min-young, all of us are injured. Hasegawa and her team… need proper funeral as soldiers."
Everyone nodded — quiet, heavy.
They started walking back to the academy.
Carrying the dead.
Carrying the living.
