Chapter 10 - The Gift Of Isle

As they left the gorgeous temple of Isle, so both deep in thought they were met with a bustling view, street lanterns, vendors, trinkets, it was as if the starry river of the sky had met the deep passion of the fireflies. They were bewildered at the sight before them, when they heard a storyteller shouting with glistening eyes "Come one, come all said the merchant to the gathered crowd as luna approached..... Luna wrote a letter of plea asking to leave her alone, dear solaris.....".

He looked amusingly at the crowd gathered before him as he spoke, "Solaris, my friend, loved Luna more than anything, even the moon paled in comparison, his love was but tested as tragedy awaited....". As he continued, Ellora listened intently, while Raymond had his focus on the story he was more inclined to look at Ellora who shone beautifully, enveloped in the gentle moonlight with that curious expression she looked so devout to the story in earnest "thus, was the day of what came to be known as the lunaria, a festival of no man, a festival of memories where the sun and the stars long for the moon, where the emotions of man faced the tricks of destiny ".

Raymond was shook when he faced the excitement on Ellora's face. She seemed to have found a new way of jittering his insides unknown even to herself. As they moved forward along the market, he was getting more and more intoxicated with each passing moment, he felt something warm inside of him thinking to himself about the lively atmosphere. It had been a long time since he smiled not out of obligation but relaxation.

He was also starting to notice little by little, ever since he left the temple or maybe way before that, even more since he started to question, he accepted that she was slowly intruding her way into his heart and his attempts to resist did little. In fact, his attempts to resist were so futile that he felt helpless, her effect was only getting started. It was as if spring had finally arrived after a long time, but it was just the beginning. He had mistaken the seeds for the buds, the flowers were still yet to come, as for its fruit, the fruit has only ever wondered if there could have been a different ending.
