Chapter 346 - GAM Ch 346: Steve's Future

Queenie looked at Steve's family and said, "Poor Steve."

Garfield pointed to Steve's family and explained, "His mother and father are nearing the end of their lives. In the future, Steve will be all alone. Oh no, he will still have his best buddy Bucky."

Queenie was confused.

Garfield continued, "I thought I had already changed Steve's fate, but I did not expect that fate is not something that can be easily changed. He is destined to walk that path."

There were many prophecies about the future in the wizarding world.

With Garfield saying this about Steve, Queenie's curiosity was also piqued.

She had tried to make a prophecy for Steve, but due to the influence of some force, she was always unable to see it.

Now Garfield was speaking about it freely, which proved that Garfield was far more powerful than herself.

Having a powerful head of the family was actually quite good.

Now she could enjoy high level hospitality from the local Ministry of Magic in the United States and Europe.

Everything was convenient, including the ordinary Muggle world.

The High Claw Group and the High Claw Kingdom were renowned in both the ordinary world and the mystical world.

Queenie said, "Garfield, the wizarding world has its share of premonitions about fate, but no one has ever successfully made things better. In most cases, things only get worse."

Garfield knew this.

Harry Potter's son was dissatisfied with his father and went to the past to try to stop Voldemort's resurrection, but ended up killing his father by mistake.

The Flash, Barry Allen, traveled back in time countless times to save his parents, each time causing even greater trouble before trying to fix the past.

As for the Ancient One, she was always using the Time Stone to peer into the future and the past, and she had learned her lesson.

Otherwise, she would not be just sitting there quietly watching the drama unfold.

As for Odin, he had made countless mistakes.

If he could fix them, he would have done so already.

Thinking about the future of Thor Ragnarok, Thor's own crazy sister Hela, the Goddess of Death, would resurrect Surtur and create Ragnarok.

It seemed like he could use that as a starting point.

Having figured it out, Garfield cast a spell on Steve's family.

He then gestured for Queenie to carry him to Steve's house.

He raised his paw and inscribed a soul guiding spell on Steve's parents, whom he had marked.

After their deaths, their souls would automatically be brought to his shop through the spell.

He would not resurrect them.

Garfield would ask them whether they were willing to serve him in their soul form or go through reincarnation.

After finishing, Garfield gestured for Queenie to leave with him.

After they left, several Aurors from the US Ministry of Magic emerged from the shadows.

Looking at the now normal Steve family, they turned and left as if nothing had happened.

These Aurors were specially arranged by the US Ministry of Magic.

Next to Garfield's shop, they were on twenty four hour shifts.

Their purpose was to prevent a major battle from erupting when Garfield was away, thus avoiding any unrest among ordinary people.

Another special order was that, if possible, they would not hesitate to eliminate Garfield's entire family.

They believed that Garfield's family surpassed the power of the entire US Ministry of Magic, and they needed society to return to the era under their control.

However, the longer they monitored Garfield's family, the more anxious they became.

They discovered they could only defeat the newest member of Garfield's family, a girl named Mari.

As for the two bear like creatures, they had tried before, and the bears had killed them in no time.

This was because, during the time Garfield was away visiting Pandora, a fearless young Auror had ambushed the two bears.

The two bears never showed mercy, especially when they were certain the other intended to kill them.

Their brutality stunned even the US Ministry of Magic.

After killing the Auror who had launched the attack, the bears went on to demolish the Ministry of Magic, forcing the newly appointed Minister to seek help from Queenie.

Fortunately, Queenie had not gone to Europe.

Otherwise, the situation would likely have been irreversible.

When Queenie arrived at the Ministry of Magic with Lin, the bears had already unleashed the artifacts left behind by the Sage of Six Paths.

They bombarded the Ministry of Magic and crippled a large portion of it.

Seeing that the bears had not suffered any losses, Lin called the enraged bears back.

The bears had survived, and the US Ministry of Magic had learned its lesson.

Queenie and Rin discussed it and decided not to tell Garfield, who had gone to find Pandora at home.

Otherwise, based on their understanding of Garfield, they knew this matter would not end easily.

After wandering around and returning home, Garfield found Mari squatting at his bedroom door.

Garfield asked, "Mari, is there something you need?"

Mari bowed respectfully to Garfield. "Master, I hope you can train me."

Garfield thought about the Force.

He did not seem to be completely ignorant of it, but he was not suited to teaching apprentices.

After thinking for a while, Garfield decided to return to the Star Wars universe in a while and get a Jedi holographic recorder from Yoda and the others.

The Sith and Jedi holograms contained more than just records of lightsaber and Force training.

They also contained portions of the Jedi and Sith Force.

They were not just randomly opened.

They required the Force of a Jedi or Sith.

Each time they were opened, they would project an image onto the Force of the person who opened it.

For example, if a Jedi looked at a Sith holographic recorder, their Force would be influenced by Sith power, unknowingly leading them step by step into darkness and joining the Sith.

Palpatine launched the Rebellion, dragging the entire Jedi Order into the fray, with the aim of letting them experience human emotions on the battlefield.

He wanted to instill in the Jedi an uncontrollable rage and destructive tendencies.

Then the hammer shaped chip implanted in the clone troopers' brains became the trump card that crushed the Jedi.

Palpatine's methods were undeniably clever and effective, but he still underestimated the Jedi's power.

If Yoda had not been absent from Coruscant at the crucial moment, and if Anakin had not betrayed him, Palpatine would have died under the young Darth Vader's lightsaber.

History would have been rewritten, and the Galactic Republic would have continued to exist for thousands more years.

Fate was a cruel thing.

Anakin ultimately became the very thing he hated most, and the virtuous Obi Wan Kenobi ultimately died at the hands of his own apprentice.

Anakin, in a way, fulfilled part of his mission and temporarily restored balance to the Force.

Anakin also caused considerable bloodshed while becoming Darth Vader.

His true power was only truly displayed in Darth Vader's own biographical comics.

He single handedly took on all the ground units of a Rebel Alliance branch on an entire planet.

But unfortunately, at that time, Anakin's mind was filled only with anger, slaughter, and regret.

Garfield said, "Mari, you train on your own first. I will find you a Jedi Master's holographic recorder later."
