Chapter 463 - Regigigas, Release Your High Horsepower!

Massive hardened plants erupted from the ground, twisting like dragons as they coiled around Regigigas. However, with a simple wave of its arm, Regigigas effortlessly tore the vines away.

Suddenly, Gengar let out a mischievous cackle as a swarm of Shadow Claws erupted from Regigigas's own shadow, locking the giant in place. Yet, Regigigas remained stiff for less than three seconds before shattering Gengar's shadow-bind through sheer brute force.

"As expected of the Pokémon that legend says towed entire continents. Regigigas is the undisputed King of Strength," Feng Che noted thoughtfully. "Standard status moves aren't enough to pin it down for long. The Pope's trump card is formidable indeed."

If this battle continued to drag on, Regigigas would only become more dangerous as its "Slow Start" fully dissipated. The only way to win was a single, overwhelming finishing blow.

"Mewtwo, can you take it down with one ultimate strike?" Feng Che asked.

"If it were still in its warm-up phase, perhaps," Mewtwo replied, shaking its head as it hovered beside him. "But now, Regigigas's physical power and defensive density have reached their peak. I cannot one-shot it alone."

"However," Mewtwo continued, "if I combine my power with Regidrago, we have a chance. But you must create an opening. Regigigas must be rendered immobile for at least five seconds for our joint attack to reach full velocity. If it uses Crush Grip to intercept us mid-way, we will fail."

"Understood. I'll buy you those five seconds."

By now, the Colossal Steelix, Incineroar, and Gyarados had returned to Feng Che's side. After Mewtwo had used Ally Switch to separate Brandon from the other Titans, the Three Pillars had been easily overwhelmed by Feng Che's remaining team.

"Mewtwo, Regidrago—prepare yourselves. I'm taking the lead." Feng Che pushed his psychic energy to the limit, his eyes glowing a deep, vibrant purple as his brain worked at overclocked speeds.

"Hahaha! Impossible! I won't give you the chance to land a direct hit!" Brandon shouted, clutching the prismatic orb. "Regigigas, use High Horsepower!"

Regigigas slammed its massive palms into the earth. The valley buckled; the ground groaned and split as molten magma surged up from the deep fissures.

"Everyone, move! Gyarados, Greninja, use Rain Dance! Incineroar, swallow the rising magma! Steelix, stack Iron Defense to the max! Corviknight, harass the King but stay clear of its hands!"

Feng Che's Pokémon moved with surgical precision. Meanwhile, in his backpack, the Darkrai Egg began to pulse, fed by the intense negative energy of the battlefield. A small crack appeared on the shell; the Lord of Nightmares was nearly ready to hatch.

High above, Corviknight entered its Primal State, its feathers etched with Delta runes. Sixteen specialized blade-feathers detached, following the bird like a funnel of knives. These feathers were so sharp they sliced through the very fabric of space as Corviknight became a teal streak of light, repeatedly slamming into the King of Giants.

The constant, high-speed harassment infuriated Regigigas. It roared, reaching out to snag the bird with white pillars of energy—Crush Grip. But Corviknight was too fast, its Delta-stream wings allowing it to slip through the spatial locks. Corviknight landed a Peck directly on the giant's arm. The damage was minor, but the insult was immense.

Regigigas's white chassis turned a heated red as steam hissed from its joints. Its internal logic cores flickered as they calculated Corviknight's flight path. It swiped again, successfully catching the bird in a spatial cage this time—but Corviknight erupted with a burst of Delta energy, shattering the cage instantly.

Regigigas: My Crush Grip... failed? The Titan seemed momentarily stunned.

"Feng Che, we are ready!" Mewtwo's voice echoed in his mind. A sphere of pure white psychic energy had formed between its hands, crackling with raw power alongside Regidrago's gathering dragon core.

"Now! Venusaur, Decidueye—maximum Frenzy Plant! Steelix, coil around it! Greninja, Gyarados—Ice Beam! Gengar, wait for my mark to use Shadow Stitch!"

Feng Che launched the final phase of his plan while Regigigas was still fixated on the annoying Corviknight.

"You think you can beat the King? Never!" Brandon screamed, his eyes clearing slightly as he regained a shred of his own will through the intensity of the struggle.
