Alan chuckled. "Seems like you found a new hobby while I was away," he said, and Piaro nodded.

"I also raised the kids properly," Piaro added, pointing toward the two undead growth-type skeletons working in the fields alongside the farmers.

"It was difficult to keep them alive," Piaro said.

Alan nodded in understanding. After all, both of them had started at level 1 with extremely low HP.

"But they are now level 100 and ready for their first advancement," Alan said as he walked toward them and opened their status screens.

"Both have grown quite strong," Alan said. Looking at their skills, he asked, "Did Lucifer train them with you?"

Lucifer was Alan's first guardian, he was the very first guardian he created and he was made with Mumud Soul Essence, Malacus the Yatan Dark priest and Drevigo The Rebecca church Pope Soul Essence.

All these three created a unique being that can use Light and Dark Magic without worshipping any god and now such skills are passed to these skeletons.

"Hm. They are like sponges—easily learning many things without restraint. Though one is focused only on martial arts while the other is learning only magical arts," Piaro replied.

Marie Rose observed the skeletons carefully. "It is the power of Latina. Such is the nature of her authority. After me and Fenrir, she has the greatest potential—but she is lazy, which is why she was the weakest among us," Marie Rose said.

Latina blushed slightly. "I am not lazy! I will raise many powerful death knights and liches for you," she said hurriedly.

Alan nodded. "Now let's see what classes you can gain," he said as he opened the class advancement options.

[Possible Class List for Ash]

Skeleton Sword Farmer

Details: Good at swordsmanship and farming

Unholy Skeleton Warrior Farmer

Details: Good at holy and dark swordsmanship, and farming

[Possible Class List for Drake]

Skeleton Mage Farmer

Unholy Skeleton Mage Farmer

"Hm, what unusual classes," Alan muttered before simply choosing the second option for both of them.

[The second class advancements of Ash and Drake have been completed!]

[The class compensation effect has increased Ash's strength and stamina by 50. There is an additional 20,000 increase in health.]

[The class compensation effect has increased Drake's intelligence and stamina by 50. There is an additional 15,000 increase in mana and a 5,000 increase in health.]

[The appearances of Ash and Drake have changed!]

[The information on Ash and Drake will be updated!]

The grayish-black skeletons transformed. Their bones turned deep obsidian, like a starry night sky, while tiny white lights shimmered across their bodies.

They looked almost like walking constellations—not overly bright like disco balls, but calm, mysterious, and mesmerizing.

"They have grown… beautiful," Piaro said softly.

Alan nodded slowly, observing them with interest. "Not just beautiful," he said.

"They have also grown much stronger," Marie Rose completed his sentence, and Alan nodded in agreement.

"Raise them well, and they will become even more powerful in the future. It would be best if you teach them a wide variety of skills—diversity will help them grow beyond normal limits," Marie Rose said as Alan listened carefully.

"But… can you only summon two of them?" she asked.

Alan nodded. "For now, yes."

"Hmm… if you want to summon more powerful undead like these, you will need to obtain the power of Baal's Contractor," she said, her crimson eyes fixed on him.

"Hunt the Baal's Contractor… and predate on his power."

The moment her words fell, a new quest window appeared before Alan's eyes.

[Hidden Quest Activated]

[Marie Rose has given you a hint on how to strengthen the special skill Can You Become the King of Undeads?—by predating on Baal's Contractor.

Difficulty: ???

Quest Clear Conditions:

Defeat Baal's Contractor a total of three times on your own.

Each time, the Baal's Contractor must be at least 50 levels higher than the previous one you defeated.

Or Defeat Baal's Contractor once if he already have a legendary undead under him.

Quest Clear Reward:

Special skill level will increase by one.

Existing growth-type undead under your command will awaken a special skill.

Time Limit: None ]

"The difficulty is unknown… which means it's a player," Alan murmured as he nodded to Marie Rose.

"I will defeat him," he said firmly.

She nodded. "If you want to fight the Great Demons someday, you should keep him restrained. After all, he is an agent of the Great Demons."

"I'll make sure to keep him restrained," Alan replied, and she smiled faintly.

"We can focus on that later. Let's go and see our kingdom," he said. Alan nodded, and together they entered the city.

Inside, many NPCs gathered to welcome him—but among the crowd were also those who looked at him with anger and resentment.

It was only natural. After all, the Vampires were one of the trinity responsible for the downfall of Reidan, which had once been the second-largest city in the Eternal Kingdom.

Not to mention that an entire army had once been formed to hunt down the Vampires—composed of the city's young men and its full military force—only to be completely wiped out.

Many people were still waiting for their brothers and fathers to return. It was a hopeless wish… yet they clung to it with fragile hope.

Reidan's situation had begun to improve when Alan became the city lord. The citizens had rejoiced when he destroyed the desert monsters, defeated the river beast, and began hunting Vampires.

It felt as if a new sun had risen over their city—one that brought warmth, hope, and new life.

But that light had seemed short-lived.

Their beloved city lord had been "bewitched" by the Vampires, becoming a Vampire King and even founding a Kingdom of Vampires.

To many of them… it felt like an unexpected and painful betrayal.
