Then, in the very next moment, the entire crowd fell silent in shock.
All the Direct Descendants bowed deeply… not to Alan, but to the citizens of Reidan.
"They are asking for forgiveness," Alan explained calmly.
"They will live with us from now on. But past sins cannot be erased easily—so they are seeking your forgiveness."
Many NPCs clenched their fists, pain and anger flickering in their eyes. The silence stretched… heavy and uncertain.
Then, slowly, one by one… they nodded.
It was forgiveness—not complete, not perfect—but a beginning.
"We were already dying," an elderly NPC said, stepping forward with trembling hands. "It was you who saved us."
He looked at Alan with deep gratitude.
"You killed many vampires to avenge us… and even now, after becoming their king, you still stand with us. We have no right to be angry with you."
"He's right!" another man shouted from the crowd.
"When everyone abandoned us, he was the only one who helped!"
Voices rose one after another—defending Alan, praising him, standing by his side.
And then—
A brilliant notification window appeared before Alan's eyes.

It was one of the most difficult titles one could obtain—the chance of gaining it was less than 0.001%. The reason was simple: normally, a total of 300,000 citizens was required to establish a kingdom. Yet Alan accomplished it with just over 10,000 citizens. This was possible because of Marie Rose's power—her words became law, and a kingdom was established with only a little over ten thousand people.
The majority of them were vampires, and vampires lived by a strict hierarchical status system, making them completely loyal to Alan. Meanwhile, the human citizens—numbering only around three hundred—were deeply grateful to him for saving and protecting them. With all these conditions fulfilled, Alan was able to obtain this incredibly powerful title.
"Everyone, let's live together happily," he said, and the crowd nodded in agreement.
Soon, he reached the castle, which had now been fully repaired.
"You have taken great care of it," Alan said as the administrator, Rabbit, bowed respectfully.
"It was my pleasure to work for you," Rabbit replied with a smile. His gaze then shifted toward Marie Rose. He possessed special eyes that allowed him to easily see a person's value—but when he looked at Marie Rose, he saw nothing at all. Such a thing had only happened once before, when he had looked at the Emperor of the strongest empire on the continent.
However, he hadn't chosen to serve that Emperor. The Emperor already had many talented people like him—he would have been just another subordinate among countless others.
'I am glad I chose to serve him,' Rabbit thought inwardly with a faint smile, watching the once-great blacksmith he had decided to follow now stand as a king—someone even the great empires could no longer ignore.
'The Queen is very powerful… not even the Empire can humiliate the Kingdom,' he thought.
The only empire on the Western Continent was the Saharan Empire. It occupied half of the continent and easily dominated the surrounding kingdoms.
Other kingdoms paid tribute to the Empire every year—but not even the Saharan Empire would dare to demand tribute from the Blood Moon Kingdom.
Even he have heard of the Existence named Marie Rose she is from the same era when the Rebecca Church was the strongest yet even they weren't able to do anything not to mention the current Rebecca church which is many times weaker due to internal corruption of it.
' Though I have heard there is now someone who have inherited the legacy of the strongest pope and is an immortal like his majesty, I should warn his majesty about him' Rabbit thought while Alan toured the whole castle.
Soon, they arrived in the throne room. It was vast and decorated with many beautiful paintings.
There was even a large painting of Alan hanging behind the throne.
"When was my painting even made?" Alan muttered, looking confused.
"It was created before you became king," Rabbit explained. "Among the citizens, there was one who painted it after you destroyed many vampire cities."
"Many people were happy when you destroyed the vampire cities one by one, They wanted to potray the Lord." Rabbit added as Alan nodded.
"All of these paintings were made by the citizens," Rabbit said. Alan smiled warmly at that.
"So, what's the next step? I only know how to fight and do blacksmithing, so I'll leave the kingdom's management to you," Alan said.
"It will be my pleasure to help my king," Rabbit replied with a respectful smile.
Right then, Alan officially appointed Rabbit as the Prime Minister of the Blood Moon Kingdom.
Months passed as Alan worked tirelessly to complete the quest to craft Unique-rated items.
[ Congratulations! You have mastered the art of creating Unique Weapons. ]
[ From now on, there will be no additional stat increases when crafting Unique-rated items. ]
[ …! ]
[ You have completed Albantino's Test. ]
[ Visit the Albantino Family Grave to receive your reward. ]
"Finally completed… but it's regretful that I will no longer gain any stats from Unique-rated weapons," Alan muttered, unsure whether to feel happy or disappointed.
"Another great work," the blacksmiths in the forge praised as they admired the sword Alan had just created.
Alan put the sword away and stepped outside. "Hmm… now it's time to go and fight the Tzedkah Guild," he mumbled, stretching as he looked over the vast city.
Over the past three months, the size of the city had tripled. Even the castle had been remodeled and expanded into a massive structure. There were now shaded streets that protected vampires from the sunlight, allowing them to move freely during the day.
It had become a city where humans and vampires lived together. Of course, it was difficult at first, but eventually things improved. Using his Blood King Authority, Alan created special quests—bandits and dangerous criminals were captured and delivered to blood banks, serving as punishment while also allowing vampires to feed without harming innocent citizens.
Thanks to this system, the vampires remained satisfied, no ordinary citizen was harmed, and security became extremely strict. Everyone knew that committing crimes meant becoming a lifelong blood bag for vampires.
