Ren knew what Zuran said made complete sense, so he quickly agreed to go there and check it out.
They had closed up for the day and headed to the temple. They had to take the cubs along, whom Zuran warned not to wander off.
Soon, they arrived at the temple. They all stepped in as the beast cubs stood there staring at the huge statue of Ren for a long time. They couldn't look away.
Zuran and Ren took the opportunity to begin their search.
Zuran observed while Ren used his powers to scan the area. He was looking for the core of the land so he could begin the purification process.
He took his time doing so because it wasn't something you could just randomly find. And after searching for what seemed like an hour, he couldn't find anything.
"Did you feel anything at all?" Zuran asked, curious.
Ren sighed as he shook his head. "No. I couldn't find anything at all. I don't think there's anything here..."
