I want to be precise about that in my own accounting because precision matters when the action being accounted for is one that is going to have consequences I'll be managing for the foreseeable future. Not impulsive. The decision was made before the summons arrived — the specific decision that the principle I've been operating on since before her awakening runs in the physical world the same way it ran in the between-space, which means when the moment arrives where standing with her requires being visible rather than marginal, I stand with her.
