Footsteps met the bark of several Hart Oak trees. My new weapon, Ragnarok, had immense magical power. It took all my might just to keep it in my grasp as I ran towards the dragon.
I swung at every beast and thick Measma cloud I encountered. With the scythe still possessing the qualities of the Darkened Phantom Edge, it grew sharper with each swing and slash.
The scythe's immense power got it recognized by the system as a god arms.

With the minimum requirements barely met to wield Ragnarok, I'd have to maintain Halo Arts the entire time just to wield it properly.
I finally arrived at the site of the once lush river and river bank. The place was now a single giant crater. Within the crater, the black dragon's lower body was perfectly hidden, his menacing torso leaving chills in the hearts of several observers.
I knew what I had to do, stop the black dragon before the lives of the weak were wasted. It almost felt ironic, the once cowardly me referring to a menacing dragon as but a weak obstacle. I was before a mighty foe with excitement riddled all over me.
" Let's not waste time shall we? ".
[ Spins the scythe ]
I charged up my boost skills and ran up the body of the black dragon. With my physical enhancement and antigravity skill activated, I was able to scale up the dragon's torso with ease.
In my ascent, the dragon directed a torrent of Black Flame towards me. Although the flames were cold to touch, it still had the capability to disintegrate any and all living matter it touched.
I had to be cautious. Once I had reached its neck, I brought down the curved cutting edge of Ragnarok in an attempt to peirce it's scales.

The scythe's cutting edge suddenly began to emit copious amounts of antimatter as I swung towards the dragon's neck once more...

The scales were turned to dust as Measma was absorbed and repurposed into Mana. The dragon roared in agony, swiping it's massive claws towards its neck.
However, I was not shaken. It's massive claws left side gaps for a smooth escape using my agility boost.
The dragon's roar had drawn the attention of of my father's forces. They could only see flashes of light at the distance. However, even with those flashes of light it was obvious, a strong person was fighting the dragon.
[ Lord Black ]: " Rally the troops!!! This is our nation, our village and our lives at stake!!! It would be propostrous to allow another man fight our battles!! Now, CHARGE!!!!!! "

My battle with the dark dragon was far from over. My strikes were barely leaving dents anymore. Using moves like Causality Break was using up far too much energy than I was gaining. I made the risky choice of pilling on a hefty attack as I charge towards the dragon's face. My journey saw no end in black flames as the dragon attempted to roast me alive. Once I got close to it's eyes, I slashed at it's massive pupils and used the momentum of it leaning back from the pain to boost myself into the air.
