Sebastian, who had been staring into the distance, turned to look at the woman in front of him. She looked emotional, her glistening blue eyes shimmering behind cracked glasses, and he blinked, taken aback, he had not expected her to look so pained, as though she truly cared, when everybody else had always thought he was exaggerating his hatred for Moonwillow, especially every members of Moonwillow Pack.
Sebastian raised his hand and pressed it against hers where it rested on his cheek, closing his fingers around hers and bringing it down from his face to hold it as he spoke without looking away from her eyes.
"You have nothing to be sorry about. You were not there, and you were not among those who tortured me. And you don't have to look so sad, it's all in the past." He assured her gently, bringing her hand up to his lips to press a lingering kiss against the back of it.
