Chapter 197 - Operation: Expel the Evil God Alwassa

In the blink of an eye, a month had passed.

Kawashima Toya sat in front of the garden, an irrepressible smile appeared on his face.

"A massive haul."

"No, calling it a massive haul is an understatement. This is an absolute fortune."

Floating before him was a lance wrapped in bandages. Its true name: Rhongomyniad.

[Name: Rhongomyniad (The Holy Lance)]

[Rank: A++ (EX)]

[Description: The Anchor of the Planet that fastens the World of Man to the surface, preventing the World of Phantasm from peeling away. Its true form is a tower of light piercing the sky, approximately two thousand meters tall.]

[Effect: It possesses Thirteen Restraints. Each released restraint increases its power correspondingly.]

[Releasing all Thirteen Restraints reveals the true power of the Holy Lance, Rhongomyniad.]

"I didn't expect Merlin to be telling the truth. I actually gained the acknowledgment of the Holy Lance."

Toya smiled with genuine delight.

Yesterday marked the conclusion of his month-long training with Merlin.

Just as the training was coming to an end, the Magus of Flowers had guided him to receive Rhongomyniad's approval.

"Although, it's a bit of a pity I didn't get Avalon."

A trace of regret flickered in Toya's heart.

Merlin had originally planned to take him to the Fairies to obtain Avalon, the Everdistant Utopia.

However, after inadvertently asking about the current state of the Fairies, Toya immediately dismissed the idea.

The reason was simple: the Fairy guarding Avalon was likely Morgan le Fay.

Not just any version, but the one associated with the "evil" aspect of the Lady of the Lake, Vivienne. The High Queen who single-handedly established the Lostbelt Britain.

A High Fairy of the highest order.

She had ruled the Faerie Kingdom for two thousand years and even mastered Rhongomyniad as a form of Magecraft. A genius mage from the Age of Gods.

"I'll visit my Sister, Morgan, another time."

After careful consideration, Toya decided to steer clear of Avalon for now.

To obtain it, he would have to go through Morgan le Fay.

Morgan was an existence comparable to a god—violent, cruel, and harboring an endless hatred for Artoria. She despised the fact that despite being of the same origin, only Artoria could reach the White Castle.

Since Toya's current identity essentially carried the concept of a "King Arthur," meeting this version of Morgan would almost certainly result in a catastrophic confrontation.

"All conditions have been met. Today is the day to expel the Evil God from the North and South Poles."

Toya calmed his mind, honing his spirit and energy to their peak.

He stood up abruptly, his gaze piercing through space toward the polar regions. "Evil Gods have no place in the human world."

"Today, I'm sending the North and South Poles flying."

[Ding! World Request Issued: Knock the North and South Pole landmasses out of the Human Texture and send them beyond the World's boundaries!]

[Reward: 200,000 Origin Points.]

[World Request Issued: Please do your utmost to slay the Evil God Alwassa (No time limit).]

[Reward: 100,000,000 Origin Points.]

"System, are you crazy, or am I?"

Toya, who had just focused himself to his limits, nearly broke character.

Leaving aside whether a mortal could kill an Evil God...

The reward of one hundred million Origin Points alone proved that this task was harder than ascending to the Throne of Heaven.

If he even entertained the thought of killing the Evil God, he would likely be erased instantly.

"At least there's no time limit." Toya's eyes sparkled, momentarily tempted by the astronomical reward.

However, he didn't dwell on it. It was virtually impossible.

Unless he ascended to true godhood in the future, he wouldn't even dream of trying to slay an entity of that magnitude.

"Rhongomyniad, Excalibur, I'm counting on you."

Toya changed into a pure white tuxedo handmade by Nyaruko. On his back, he carried Excalibur and the Sin-Star Holy Sword. He was fully prepared to expel the Evil God from this world today.

He had stored all the items from his collection room into the Gate of Babylon (Empty) he had purchased earlier.

The only thing he left behind was the Genesis Disc.

He left it in the estate's basement to serve as a perpetual spiritual energy generator, supplying energy for Sora and the others to practice Abe no Seimei's Onmyodo.

Gripping Rhongomyniad, Toya boarded the Trash Fox jet and set a course for the poles.

He hadn't told anyone about this specific mission. It was too dangerous, and he didn't want them to worry.

On the highest terrace of the estate, Nyaruko and Kuuko watched the jet disappear into the distance.

"Kuuko, what do you think Darling's chances are?"

"I don't know." Kuuko shook her head gently. "He's too strange. All his abilities seem to come from the Root."

"Accepting various abilities from the Root without the Root's protection... it's inconceivable."

"Without that protection, it will be hard for him to even approach the Evil God."

Nyaruko's face broke into a confident smile. "Believe in Darling. He can definitely do it."

.....

On the Trash Fox, Toya began to sense the North and South Poles again.

In his perception, the space was dim and distorted. The majestic, boundless aura of the Evil God blotted out the sky, threatening to transform into an abyss that would swallow the world at any moment.

"As expected, it's split in two. Half at the North Pole, half at the South Pole."

A serious glint flashed in Toya's eyes. "Did the Evil God do this himself, or did someone forcibly chop him in half?"

If it was the first option, he wouldn't be too surprised. Outer Gods were incomprehensible.

But if it was the second option... that was a terrifying thought.

To think that in the past, there was an existence in this world powerful enough to slice an Evil God in two and seal the halves at the extreme ends of the planet.

He couldn't imagine how difficult and epic that battle must have been.

"Half of Evil God at each pole... this is trouble."

Toya's expression grew solemn.

Even though the Evil God was split in two and separated by the entire world, he felt no joy—only a heavier burden.

A deity stood at the pinnacle of existence. No matter how many pieces they were cut into, even if they were reduced to atoms scattered across the Root, they were still a deity.

The essence of a deity was eternal and would not degrade.

If mortals looked upon a deity, perhaps only one lucky soul in ten million would survive the madness.

Toya could face a deity only because of his high conceptual status. Otherwise, this operation would have failed before it even began.

"I must knock both continents out of the world simultaneously. If I only hit one, the essence of the other half will surely awaken."

"If that happens, the entire world will turn into the most wretched abyss."

"How do I hit both ends of the earth at once?"

The Trash Fox had arrived at the edge of the North Pole.

Toya fell into deep thought.

Just as he was struggling with the logistics, he caught a glimpse of Rhongomyniad in his hand.

"I'll release the True Name directly and unleash the Thirteen Restraints of the Holy Lance."
