Levi set the cup back where it had been.
He wasn't thirsty anymore.
That brief moment just now had shown him what the Speed Force was really for.
Not speed—choice.
Among countless timelines, it let him pick the one most favorable to himself.
Used well, it was more powerful than any weapon.
He walked to the window and looked out over the city. The sun was setting, staining the horizon orange-red. Cars streamed along the streets, pedestrians hurried along—everything seemed peaceful.
But Levi knew better. This world ran deep.
In his current state, he still wasn't enough.
The Speed Force was like a beast locked in a cage—he could only tap a sliver of it. His Kryptonian physiology was absorbing solar energy, but it hadn't fully integrated yet.
His spatial law was heavily suppressed in this universe; many techniques were difficult to use.
He needed to get stronger.
Levi closed his eyes, letting his consciousness sink inward as he reassessed his power.
Spatial law formed the foundation.
The Law of Force provided destructive power.
The Law of Body spread through him, handling defense and recovery.
The temporal law had stabilized, flowing like a green river through his domain.
The Speed Force remained confined in a corner, still crashing restlessly against its cage.
Reality warping and mental laws were present too, though he rarely used them.
Levi knew exactly where the problem lay.
In the Marvel Universe, he had relied on sheer will—his will—to forcibly fuse six different laws together, barely stepping into the Skyfather threshold.
But that was only the beginning.
Skyfather was a starting line, not the destination.
Right now, he was at best an early-stage Skyfather—roughly on par with Thor right after obtaining Stormbreaker. The difference was that Levi had ascended through six laws, so even at early stage, his combat power rivaled higher tiers.
Hela, bound to Asgard, counted as mid-tier.
Thanos, even without the Infinity Stones, was mid-tier.
Levi intended to return to the Marvel Universe—to settle accounts with what might already be a fully-stoned Thanos. At his current level, it wasn't enough.
He had to go further.
Levi opened his eyes and looked toward the setting sun.
His Kryptonian physiology was his opportunity.
This body was now essentially a perpetual engine. As long as there was sunlight, it would continuously generate energy—not just energy, but also refine his very existence, pushing him toward a higher lifeform.
He could feel the various powers within him strengthening under the DC universe's solar radiation.
He decided to accelerate the process.
Risky—but necessary.
He took off his shirt and flew out of Earth, heading straight toward the sun, stopping just short of its blazing surface.
His skin began to heat.
Not from burning—but from every cell actively absorbing solar energy, like dry sponges plunged into water.
Levi could sense solar radiation penetrating his skin, entering muscle, seeping into bone, and finally converging within his internal domain of laws.
Golden energy acted like a catalyst, dissolving the bottlenecks of each law.
The crystalline pillars of spatial law rippled and began to soften.
The vortex of the Law of Force spun faster, its dark-gold glow intensifying.
The pathways of the Law of Body shifted from dark red to radiant gold-red.
The green river of temporal law surged, resonating with the others.
Even the caged Speed Force sensed the change. It stopped rampaging, instead pressing against the barrier, sending arcs of red lightning crashing into the walls—testing.
Levi ignored it.
All his focus went into guidance.
More and more solar energy accumulated, bathing the entire domain in golden light. The laws—once all at early stage—began to evolve within it.
The process was agonizing… yet exhilarating.
His body trembled uncontrollably.
Pain seeped from his bones, like countless needles piercing every cell at once. His muscles spasmed, veins bulged under his skin like writhing worms.
Sweat streamed down his back—only to be instantly vaporized by the sun.
He clenched his teeth, refusing to make a sound.
Within his consciousness, the laws reached their most critical phase.
Spatial law broke through first.
Then the Law of Force. The Law of Body followed.
Next came the mental law—after surviving a cross-universal rift, it had already been pushed to its limits, and now it finally broke through.
Reality law followed.
Though heavily suppressed in the DC Universe, that suppression had ironically made it easier to comprehend. This universe had its own version of reality manipulation—Green Lantern rings were a prime example.
They manifested constructs through will and imagination. The deeper the user's understanding, the more real the creation.
A perfect case of thought shaping reality.
So reality itself was rooted in willpower and knowledge.
With Levi's mastery of multiple magical systems from Marvel, and now a breakthrough in mental law, his reality law finally advanced as well.
Only temporal law remained.
It refused to break through.
This was the most dangerous moment. If he lost control now, he would be obliterated—reduced to nothing.
Finally, his gaze shifted to the corner of his domain.
The cage.
Inside, the Speed Force pulsed, its red lightning growing brighter.
Levi fell silent for a moment.
Then he dropped the cage.
The Speed Force erupted instantly—transforming into a violent streak of red lightning, lunging straight for his consciousness core.
At the moment of impact—
The golden solar energy surged forward, enveloping it.
The lightning struggled, twisted.
But the golden light clung like glue, dragging it inward.
At last, the red lightning was forcibly entangled with the green mist of temporal law.
Two fundamentally different forces of time collided once more.
But this time—it was different.
With solar energy as a buffer, and a newly formed structure as a framework, they didn't tear each other apart.
Instead, through collision, they found balance.
The green temporal law stabilized.
The red Speed Force drove forward.
One was the brake.
The other, the accelerator.
Together, they formed an entirely new power.
Levi felt his control over time ascend to a new level.
He could no longer just rewind, accelerate, or slow time.
He could now see countless branching timelines—
And choose among them.
This… was true temporal dominion.
Levi felt his very existence undergo another transformation.
He was space.
He was force.
He was time.
For a fleeting moment, he even felt as though his will alone could rewrite the laws of reality—though in the DC Universe, he clearly hadn't reached that level yet.
Mid-tier Skyfather.
Outside, the sun finally dipped below the horizon. The last trace of twilight vanished.
Levi opened his eyes.
A flash of golden light flickered deep within his pupils—then disappeared.
The sweat on his body had long since evaporated. His skin was flawless.
He flexed his fingers, feeling the power within.
More than twice as strong as before.
If before, his odds against Thanos were six to four—
Now, he held at least a ninety percent chance of victory.
The remaining margin?
Left for the unknown.
The Time Variance Authority. Higher cosmic entities.
In a dazzling multiverse like this, there would always be forces beyond his understanding, quietly influencing everything.
