Chapter 106 - My Power Level Finally Broke Ten Thousand

After hearing Goku's words, everyone nodded in agreement.

If Raditz could come to Earth, then others could follow. And long ago, even Piccolo had come from another world.

Krillin scratched his head. "Goku, you've said a lot… but how exactly are we supposed to train harder?"

Goku cleared his throat.

"I've already spoken with Kami. I want you all to train at the Lookout. He agreed. Mr. Popo will instruct you."

"Train at the Lookout?!" Yamcha's eyes lit up. "Seriously? We get to meet Kami too?!"

Krillin beamed. "Honestly, when you trained with Kami, we were so jealous. But back then, I knew I couldn't keep up with you."

Tien clenched his fists. "If I can train there, I'll close the gap."

Seeing their enthusiasm, Goku continued.

"Good. It's settled. While training there, you'll wear weighted clothing to increase efficiency. And once your bodies can handle it… you'll train in a gravity chamber."

"Gravity chamber?" Krillin blinked. "What's that?"

"It's a special room Bulma built for me. Inside, you can increase gravity—over ten times normal. Even wearing modest weights becomes over a hundred kilograms. With ten times gravity, that's over a ton of pressure. Right now, your bodies can't handle it."

"Ten times gravity?!" Yamcha whistled. "That's insane…"

Raditz stared at Goku in disbelief.

"So this low-level planet can actually manufacture a gravity chamber… No wonder you became this strong."

Goku looked at him calmly.

"Raditz, you're going to the Lookout too. Mr. Popo's combat power isn't high, but his martial understanding is deep. You may have higher power than them for now, but your technique is terrible."

Raditz fell silent.

"What? Not interested?"

He quickly waved his hands. "No, no. I want to get stronger."

Goku's voice turned cold.

"Don't think being Saiyan makes you superior. Without training, you're nothing. Don't forget—most Saiyans are dead. Our parents are dead. If you want to reach a level where Frieza can be defeated, it'll take more than a few push-ups. You've already wasted too many years."

Raditz felt a flicker of irritation.

Yet something about Goku's tone felt familiar—like their parents scolding him long ago.

After sending everyone, including Raditz, to the Lookout, Goku headed to Capsule Corporation.

He hadn't thrown away the crushed scouter. Instead, he'd brought it to Bulma.

Bulma stared at the pile of fragments with a frown.

"Goku, if you wanted me to fix it, you shouldn't have crushed it. Repairing and rebuilding aren't the same thing."

"Sorry," Goku said sheepishly. "It had recording functions. I didn't want certain things transmitted. I didn't know how to disable it."

Bulma sighed. "Fine. But I'll need Dad's help for this."

"That's okay. Even if it takes half a year, it's fine."

She patted her chest confidently. "Leave it to me."

Suddenly, Goku remembered something.

"Oh, right. I brought Raditz's spaceship too." He held up a small remote. "Red button is self-destruct. Don't press it. Can you have Dad dismantle the small pods and combine them into one large ship? And install a gravity chamber capable of 100 times gravity inside."

Bulma blinked. "A spaceship? Earth doesn't have that level of tech yet… I'll talk to Dad."

Goku smiled. He knew Dr. Brief's genius.

"I believe in you. You and Dad are top-tier engineers."

Bulma rolled her eyes playfully. "Flattery won't work. If you're complimenting me, talk about my beauty."

"Beauty? That suits you better than 'gentle,'" Goku teased.

Bulma's eyebrow twitched. "What did you just say?"

Goku stiffened instantly. "I mean—your beauty far surpasses your talent!"

Her mood flipped in a heartbeat. Blushing, she leaned against him, fingers tracing his chest.

"We've been married for years. Where'd you learn to talk like that?"

Her hands wandered beneath his shirt.

Goku coughed lightly. "Bulma… we're in the lab."

She giggled. "Fine, fine. Let's move to the bathroom. I've been working all day anyway."

Soon, they were soaking in the bath.

Goku sat behind her, fingers gently working shampoo through her blue hair.

Bulma sighed in contentment.

"Not bad. Practicing on Chi-Chi and the others?"

"Maybe. But your hair's the prettiest."

She smiled. "You're getting smoother."

"Just don't perm it into something crazy, okay?"

She blinked. "How'd you know I was thinking about that?"

"I didn't. I just don't like it."

She laughed softly. "Fine. I won't."

Steam filled the room as they relaxed together.

A few days later, Bulma finished repairing the scouter. She'd also altered its frequency—Frieza's network could no longer track it.

She placed it over her eye.

"Stand still, Goku. I converted the readings into Earth units."

The device beeped.

"…Ten?"

Bulma frowned. "That can't be right. You beat Raditz. Why does it say 10?"

Goku scratched his head. "Hold on. Let me raise my Ki."

They stepped outside.

With a shout, Goku's aura flared violently. Wind spiraled outward.

The scouter's numbers skyrocketed.

Bulma gasped.

"10,800! Goku, your power level's over ten thousand!"

Goku grinned. The gravity chamber training had paid off. And this wasn't even his maximum state.

Bulma adjusted the device again.

"It's detecting other strong life forms too."

She pointed it toward the sky.

"2,190… That must be Raditz. Wasn't he at 1,500?"

Goku nodded.

"Saiyans grow stronger after near-death recovery. I beat him badly, then gave him a Senzu Bean. That's normal."

"Incredible race…"

Bulma scanned further.

"Here—177, 194, 250… and 301."

Goku smiled. "The 301 should be Krillin. He's broken 300 already."

Bulma snorted. "You're over 10,000. He's at 300. How's that impressive?"

"That's different. I had your gravity chamber helping me."

Her cheeks warmed slightly.

She scanned again.

"369… someone else."

Goku's eyes sharpened.

"That's Piccolo."

"Only 369?" Bulma blinked.

"Scouters aren't perfect," Goku explained. "Earthlings can suppress and fluctuate Ki."

He suddenly realized something.

"Piccolo doesn't know about the training plan. I should tell him."

Bulma pointed northwest. "About 2,500 kilometers that way."

"I can sense him."

With a burst of speed, Goku shot into the sky. His Ki flared as he accelerated.

Moments later, he landed before Piccolo.

Piccolo stared in shock.

"Son Goku… what happened to your Ki?"

Goku folded his arms casually.

"Piccolo, you're progressing too slowly. If you keep this up, you'll never surpass me."

His eyes gleamed with challenge.

"You'll never conquer the world."
