Chapter 133 -  Goku Babysits

Moori nodded solemnly.

"I understand, Grand Elder!"

The Grand Elder lifted his head, glancing up at the sky—perhaps at Porunga—and said softly, "May our Namekian people enjoy peace forever."

After those words, he closed his eyes peacefully.

In an instant, his ki vanished.

Even his body began to fade—turning translucent, then dissolving into nothingness.

Nail stared at the spot where the Grand Elder had disappeared and finally spoke his farewell.

"Grand Elder… rest well on your journey."

Bulma said with a sigh of regret, "So it's true… prejudice in people's hearts is like a mountain.

Before coming to Namek, I imagined a hundred versions of what talking to Namekians would be like—and I always thought they'd be hard to deal with.

But after meeting them, I realized real Namekians are such a kind, pure-hearted race…"

Hearing that, Piccolo felt like she was indirectly taking shots at him.

But she really had helped save Namek, so he said nothing—only looked away in silence.

Just then, Porunga spoke.

"Now, state your final wish."

Bulma looked around at everyone. "We still have one wish left. Does anyone have something important they want?"

They all looked at each other—no one spoke up.

Porunga asked again, "Are there no more wishes?"

Bulma turned to Goku. "Goku, we still have work to do.

When we get back, we need to gather Earth's Dragon Balls ASAP and revive everyone Frieza's army killed.

So… how about we use Porunga to send us home?"

Goku blinked. "Did you forget? When Turles invaded Earth a few days ago, Earth's Dragon Balls were just used!"

Krillin said quickly, "Goku, you don't know because you were gone.

The second wish just now restored Earth's Dragon Balls—Porunga said it's already done."

Goku realized it immediately.

"Oh, I see.

But using a wish just to go home feels like a waste.

If we take the ship, it's only seven days.

Let Porunga leave. If we save the wish, the next time the Dragon Balls recharge should be sooner."

Then Goku looked at Moori. "One more thing.

Vegeta isn't part of Frieza's faction.

He likely slaughtered a village of Namekians to steal a Dragon Ball.

If we use Earth's Dragon Balls to revive those Frieza's army killed, that village might not be included.

So you'll need to use your own Dragon Balls to revive them."

Moori froze. "Vegeta? Who is that?"

Piccolo's eyes hardened. "A Saiyan who used to work under Frieza… then betrayed him."

Then Piccolo seemed to think of something and spoke immediately.

"Son Goku, have Porunga send you all back to Earth.

Leave the ship to me. I'll stay until everyone is revived before I leave.

If Vegeta gets revived, I'm worried he'll turn on my people."

Goku paused, then nodded. "Alright, we'll do it your way.

But your life is linked to Kami—don't you dare die."

Piccolo snapped, furious. "Son Goku, are you looking down on me?!

I am King Piccolo! You think some random bastard can kill me that easily?!"

In the end, everyone except Piccolo was sent back to Earth by Porunga.

Not long after, Earth's Dragon Balls were gathered again.

On Namek, the Namekians killed by Frieza's army were revived as well.

Reviving that many people at once left everyone stunned.

"What's going on?"

"Are we alive again?"

Groups of Namekians opened their eyes, staring at themselves and their companions in disbelief.

Moori looked at the children—Dende and Oscar—who were also alive again.

"Dende, Oscar… you're back too.

Then the ones Vegeta killed weren't from this village…"

Dende and Oscar scratched their heads at the same time, wearing those clear, clueless expressions.

Not far from the Grand Elder's village, Vegeta also slowly opened his eyes.

He stared blankly at Namek's sky.

"Th-This is… Namek…"

"What happened?"

He forced himself to remember—and quickly recalled Frieza's Death Beam piercing his heart, the instant darkness.

But when he looked down at his chest, the hole in his armor was still there… yet his body was perfectly fine.

"I… was revived?"

At that moment, Piccolo appeared in front of him.

"You're awake, Vegeta."

Vegeta narrowed his eyes at Piccolo. "You're… that Namekian from Earth?"

Then the image of Goku transforming into a Super Saiyan flashed through his mind.

He whipped his head around, searching.

"Where's Frieza? Where's Kakarot?!"

Piccolo answered flatly, "Frieza was killed by Son Goku."

Vegeta's expression jolted—then he raised his fist and laughed in triumph.

"So it's true! A Super Saiyan is unbeatable!

Frieza finally died by a Saiyan's hands—HAHAHA!"

But even as he laughed, Vegeta sensed the air.

There was no trace of Kakarot's ki anywhere.

His laughter faltered.

"Where is Kakarot?"

Piccolo saw it clearly—just like Goku had predicted.

From the moment Vegeta woke up, he didn't care about anything except Super Saiyan.

Piccolo lost the urge to interrogate him.

"They've already gone back to Earth."

"Earth…?"

"I'm going to Earth too!" Vegeta blurted instantly.

He began searching for his pod controller, patting himself down—but it wasn't there.

Piccolo pulled out a capsule—the spaceship Goku had left him.

"Stop looking. Your pod probably got destroyed by the battle's shockwaves a long time ago.

Son Goku said that once you revived, you'd definitely want to see Super Saiyan again.

So… come back to Earth with me."

Piccolo opened the capsule and walked into the ship without waiting.

Vegeta didn't hesitate for even a second. He rushed in after him.

"Hey—how many days until we reach Earth?"

"Seven."

Seven days later—Earth.

The spaceship tore through the atmosphere and crashed into the wilderness outside West City.

The hatch opened. Vegeta leapt out impatiently, scanning the area while sensing for Goku's ki.

Piccolo followed, arms crossed, cold as ever.

"Relax. They've already sensed us."

Sure enough, not long after, a figure streaked across the sky—

Goku appeared in front of them with his familiar grin.

"Piccolo, Vegeta—you finally made it!"

Vegeta's pupils tightened. He stared at Goku like he wanted to burn him through.

"Kakarot. Tell me.

How did you become a Super Saiyan?"

Goku didn't play games. "The secret is simple—extreme rage."

"Extreme rage?" Vegeta's brow knotted, fist clenching until it cracked.

He snapped back, "Don't joke with me!

I've felt more rage in my life than you ever have—so why didn't I transform?!"

Goku smiled. "Because you're too weak."

"What?" Vegeta thought he misheard.

Goku explained calmly. "After transforming into a Super Saiyan, your overall battle power jumps by more than fifty times.

In my understanding, if you haven't trained enough—

if your body can't withstand a fifty-times surge—

then no matter how furious you get, you won't be able to transform."

Vegeta's eyes widened. "So that's it…"

Goku reached into his pocket, pulled out a capsule, and tossed it to Vegeta.

"Take it."

Vegeta caught it, frowning. "What is this?"

Goku said, "A gravity room. Use it, Vegeta.

Train like your life depends on it. Transform into a Super Saiyan as soon as possible.

In three months, I'm planning to take you to kill Frieza's father, King Cold… and his brother, Cooler."

Vegeta blinked, then a confident grin spread across his face.

He pointed his thumb at himself.

"Kakarot, I can't believe you just told me the secret that easily.

But I'm a genius warrior. Now that I know the trick—

once I become a Super Saiyan, I'll be the strongest in the universe.

Frieza's father, his brother—whoever they are—they'll die by my hands!"

Goku chuckled. "Heh… when you do that gesture, it makes me want to laugh."

Vegeta frowned. "What?"

Goku shook his head. "Nothing.

Now go train. I'm going back to training too.

Don't let me get surpassed by a guy like you."

With that, Goku turned and left. Piccolo left as well.

Vegeta found a "perfect spot," parked the ship, and began his signature insane, self-destructive training grind.

The next morning, the sun rose over gentle blue waves washing the shore.

Goku, wearing his classic orange gi, smiled at his three kids—Gohan, Meiqi, and Bra.

"Alright. Starting today, I'm training you with the Turtle School method!"

He pushed out three small carts.

They were lopsided and clearly modified—using them didn't make things easier. It made them heavier.

"First—push these and run ten laps around the island!"

"Ten laps?!" Meiqi's eyes bulged as she complained. "That cart looks super heavy…"

Bra, however, was fired up. She clenched her fists.

"Hmph, that's nothing! Watch me!"

She grabbed the cart and took off, sprinting so fast she vanished in moments.

Gohan scratched his head. "Dad… isn't this training method kind of… retro?"

Goku burst into laughter. "This is Master Roshi's classic training.

It builds stamina—and it builds willpower!

If you want to be strong like me, train properly.

Otherwise, go study!"

So the three kids pushed their wobbly "milk carts" along the beach, struggling forward.

After hours of hauling and running, they were drenched in sweat.

Goku said cheerfully, "Next, we're going to plow the fields—no tools. Use your hands!"

Meiqi frowned. "Dad… are you sure this is training?"

Bra put her hands on her hips. "Yeah! This is just delivering milk and farming! That's not training!!!"

Right then, Chi-Chi hopped down from the Flying Nimbus and walked over.

"You misunderstood," she said gently. "When your dad was young, he trained exactly like this with Master Roshi…"

Gohan nodded seriously. "Yeah. Dad's right. Mom told me too.

Turtle School training is like this… and I heard you even have to wear a turtle shell…"

"Really?"

"So that's how it is…"

Hearing Gohan—who never lied—Meiqi and Bra finally believed it.

So the three of them started plowing by hand.

The way the little ones worked so hard…

it looked just like Goku when he was a kid.

Goku turned to Chi-Chi. "Why are you here, Chi-Chi?"

Chi-Chi pulled out a capsule. "The three outfits you wanted—custom-made for them.

I already finished them. Each set weighs twenty kilograms."

Goku blinked. "That fast?

I was going to let them get used to labor first before we added weights!"

Chi-Chi smiled softly. "Lunch and I made them together.

Goku… you taking care of the kids is amazing. I finally get to relax for a while.

This afternoon, I'm going shopping with Lunch and Snow."

Goku nodded. "Yeah. Go enjoy yourselves. You all deserve to relax…"

Chi-Chi's face turned bright red. She leaned close and whispered into Goku's ear.

"Lunch said… you should train them so hard they're exhausted by nightfall and fall asleep the moment it gets dark."

Then, even redder, she whispered,

"She also said… to reward you… she's wearing black stockings tonight, and you can tear them however you want…"

Chi-Chi covered her burning face and hopped back onto the Flying Nimbus, fleeing into the sky.

Watching her leave, Goku blinked.

"Chi-Chi's been hanging around Lunch and Violet too long…

She's starting to get corrupted. She's not going to fall off the Nimbus, is she…?"

Delivering milk. Plowing fields. Dodging bees. Resting…

Goku trained them exactly the way Master Roshi used to.

Before they knew it, the whole day was over.

As the sun sank, the three kids collapsed on the sand, panting like they'd run a marathon.

Goku brought them three cups of warm milk and smiled.

"So? How did training feel today?"

Meiqi replied weakly, "I'm dying… but it was kinda… fun?"

Bra rubbed her aching arms and muttered, "This is worse than Mom's homework…"

Gohan, serious as always, said, "Dad… I get it now.

Turtle School training isn't just about getting stronger.

It's about learning to control your strength too… right?"

Goku laughed and rubbed his head. "Exactly!

No matter how strong you are—if you can't control it, you'll hurt yourself and the people around you.

Master Roshi's training is about becoming a true martial artist!"

Just then, Chi-Chi's voice called from far away.

"Goku! Kids! Dinner's ready!!"

"Okay! Coming!"

Goku waved back, then winked at the kids and shouted, "Eat a lot! Tomorrow's training is even harder!"

Bra puffed her chest. "I'll be first place at eating!"

Meiqi shot back, "I'm first!"

Gohan: "…"
