Chapter 132 -  The Dragon Ball Inheritance

With the Dragon Radar in hand, Goku quickly located the seventh Dragon Ball.

Back in the Grand Elder's village, everyone—along with Nail—gathered around the seven Dragon Balls.

Bulma shouted in Namekian, "Come forth, Shenron—grant my wish!"

Instantly, dark clouds rolled in. The sky turned ominous and dim.

Krillin's eyes lit up. "The sky's changing—just like Earth's Dragon Balls!"

The seven Dragon Balls flared with blinding golden light. The beam surged into the heavens, and within that brilliance, Porunga's massive body took form.

Seeing such an enormous dragon, everyone except Goku was stunned.

Bulma breathed out, amazed. "So this is Namek's dragon… he's huge."

"Yeah…" Krillin murmured. "A dragon like this… the wishes have to be stronger too, right?"

Nail watched Porunga and explained, "The 'Shenron' you call him… here, he is Porunga—the 'God of Dreams.'"

Bulma nodded. "Same thing. Just different translation."

At that moment, Porunga spoke, using a language they could understand.

"State your wishes. I can grant three wishes."

Bulma froze. "Huh? He isn't speaking Namekian?"

Krillin snapped, shocked. "Bulma, that's not the point! He said three wishes—three! Not one!"

Nail nodded immediately. "Yes. Porunga can grant three wishes.

Say what you want first."

Tien's eyes shone. "Amazing… the original dragon really is generous!"

Bulma planted her hands on her hips. "Perfect! Three wishes!

After all the trouble we went through, we deserve at least one.

Alright—first wish!"

She paused to think. "First, we should revive everyone the Frieza Force killed—"

But Porunga interrupted the moment she started.

"Sorry. That wish cannot be granted. I can only revive one person at a time."

Bulma's pupils shrank. "What?! Only one person?"

"Yes," Porunga answered honestly.

Goku looked toward the Grand Elder, concern in his voice. "Grand Elder, can you still hold on?

Should we use a wish to restore your youth first?"

The Grand Elder shook his head. "It's alright. I still have some time left. I don't need the Dragon Balls to extend my life.

Don't worry. I'll stay until everything is truly resolved… then I'll depart this world."

Goku nodded. "Alright. I respect your decision.

But Namek can't be without a Grand Elder.

If you pass on… who should succeed you?"

The Grand Elder fell silent for a moment, then said, "Revive Moori."

Goku nodded. "Got it." Then he looked at Bulma.

Bulma's mouth twitched. "Sorry, Goku…

I only memorized a few fixed wish phrases. I can't freely combine sentences yet.

Hold on—let me check my notes for how to say 'revive Moori'…"

Goku: "…"

Just then, Nail stepped forward. "I'll make the wish."

Bulma brightened. "Yes! I almost forgot—there's still a Namekian native alive here…"

Nail: "…"

Nail turned to Porunga and reverently made the wish in Namekian.

A moment later, a new Namekian ki signature appeared in the distance.

Goku nodded. "I feel it—Moori's ki.

I'll go bring him here. Keep making wishes."

"Okay!"

Goku flew off toward Moori's location.

Bulma scratched her head, staring up at the enormous Porunga.

"Only one revival per wish…

We'd need dozens—hundreds—of gatherings to revive everyone Frieza killed. That's way too much."

Krillin nodded. "Yeah. If it worked like Earth's Dragon Balls—reviving everyone who meets the conditions—it'd be easy."

Tien lowered his head. "But we just used Earth's Dragon Balls to erase the Spirit Tree…

They need a year to recharge."

Piccolo looked at Nail. "Can we wish with Namek's Dragon Balls… to restore Earth's Dragon Balls early?"

Everyone hesitated.

Wasn't that… exploiting a loophole?

But Nail was straightforward. He looked at Porunga with cautious doubt.

Porunga nodded. "Yes. Make the wish through the proper process."

Bulma's eyes widened. "It really works?! Wow… the original dragon really is something else!"

Porunga's face actually reddened slightly at Bulma's praise.

Soon, Nail raised his hands and made the wish in Namekian.

Porunga said, "Done. Your wish has been granted. One wish remains."

Bulma blinked in disbelief. "Wait—Earth's Dragon Balls are restored already?"

Porunga nodded. "Yes. Earth's Dragon Balls have recovered their magic."

Krillin's face lit up. "Perfect! When we go back to Earth and gather them again,

we can revive everyone Frieza's army killed in one go!"

"Yeah!" Bulma cheered. "That saves so much work."

Tien let out a long breath. "Thank god… everyone can come back. That's a real happy ending."

Even Piccolo's face softened with visible relief.

Nail looked at them sincerely. "I'm not good with words… but thank you. Truly.

We were only a step away from extinction."

Bulma planted her hands on her hips. "No problem. It's what we should've done."

Just then, Goku returned with Moori.

The moment Moori saw the Grand Elder, he sprinted forward, tears spilling from his eyes.

"Grand Elder!"

The Grand Elder looked at him peacefully. "Our people survived this disaster…

because of the selfless help of the Earthlings.

Never forget their kindness."

Moori nodded hard. "Grand Elder… I understand."

"Give me your hand."

Moori placed his hand into the Grand Elder's palm.

Golden light flowed into Moori's body.

Moori trembled, confused. "Grand Elder… what did you do…?"

The Grand Elder spoke softly, voice heavy with finality.

"Moori… my time is nearly over. I can feel the call of the next world.

From now on, Namek's fate will rest with you.

Just now, I passed the Dragon Balls' legacy to you as well.

They will continue to shine and protect our people.

But remember this—

use the Dragon Balls wisely.

Do not abuse them for selfish desires…

or the Dragon Balls may bring disaster upon us instead…"
