[3rd POV]
A bit of time had passed since the lessons with the two Jenners had taken place, only a couple of days. During this time, not too much had happened. Mostly just Billie doing her own thing, working on her businesses and all of that.
Billie had finalized a few deals during this time, mostly because they were ones that were already pretty much finished and she just needed to sign. These were deals involving the acquisition of a few minor companies that would be side businesses for her.
Like a small coffee chain in the Midwest, an ice cream chain on the East Coast, and some smaller minor recording studios that she believed had some potential for future growth and development.
They had cost her quite a bit, over 100 million. But they should multiply her investment by quite a bit, by (at her estimates) around three to four times. That would be over the course of years, of course, so it would take some time. But it would be worth it in the end.
At least she hoped so.
During that time, Haley had started to get into contact with some fashion designers, and was looking into studying under a small group of them. In hopes of learning from them and improving her own craft to one day rival or surpass them.
She was talented in the area, so Billie was sure that she could do it with enough time, energy, and investments.
Billie had also started to look into investing more into real estate. She had already put quite a bit of money into the space, but she wanted to double or triple her current investments. Mostly in the fact that Billie had wanted to invest in real estate in some other areas around the country.
She planned on investing into real estate in Texas, New York, Washington State, Florida, and a dozen or so other states. She wanted to invest out of country, but that was going to be a lot more annoying, so she would invest into the country first and then start to diversify outside of the country.
She planned to set aside another 100 million for that. As that would be more than enough for most of it. She had more than enough money for that sort of thing, as she spent a lot less than she made, even if it might seem like it was otherwise.
The whole reason she had all this money was thanks to her huge investments in real estate already, her ownership of a rapidly rising recording studio, and her company. Her company by itself was rapidly growing in the space and through it she owned quite a few subsidiaries.
She planned on continuing to buy smaller businesses that were struggling that would improve and succeed with investment. Mostly chain restaurants, such as coffee places, burger joints, and stuff like that. She would also be investing into other spaces, such as game stores, bookstores, gas stations, and more.
Gas stations in particular would be good for tax reasons and would help her take some taxes off what she owed, as it was a sort of "Tax Vehicle". Through this, she would have more money to invest, and more money to donate to good causes.
She already owned a couple of gas stations, but she planned on owning at least a dozen throughout the country, if she managed to pull it off at least. Gas stations tended to be expensive though, as in around 3 to 4 million dollars a pop, mattering on the size.
She would also start to invest more in return for partial ownership. So she had a list of companies she wanted to do this with, and it was around 25 companies long. Most of which would be worth billions in the future, therefore making her a lot of money if she owned enough of them.
If she had been born earlier she would have just straight up bought portions of the greatest/largest companies in the world, such as Amazon and Google.
One of the biggest companies that she had been actively investing in, was the largest comapny on the planet, Apple. The other of the two was NVIDIA, which would make her a lot of money once the AI boom started.
Even if she despised AI and the way it was used. Replacing the hard work of actual people with AI models that are incorrect half the time they are tasked with anything beyond middle school level mathematics.
All in all Billie had a lot of plans for investing in the future, and expected to be one of the richest women on the planet by the time she was in her mid twenties, since she was only 18 at this point, likely making her the youngest self made billionaire on the planet, or one of them.
Since she worked for her money, and didn't get handed down any of it beyond the house, which she would never in a million years sell to anyone. Especially now that she was mentioned once again.
During this time, she had also gotten Haley to invest some more into other companies, but nothing on the scale of her own. Since that would not work forever. All it would take is one bad investment and it would be bad, especially if they invest too much. So, Billie made sure to be careful about the investments Haley made under her suggestions.
The investments were mostly into companies that Haley would actually like working with or investing in, and some easy companies that would make her tens of millions in the coming future. Aka companies like Amazon, Google, NVIDIA, Walmart, and the like.
All of them were of course already huge, but they would be tiny in comparison to what they would become after Covid 19 happened. They would be several times larger than now, and would basically control the world economy, that is how insanely large they would become. And they were already huge for the most part.
Investments in Uber, AirBnB, DoorDash, and the like were also easy investments that would make her money. They were companies that Billie herself invested in, and Haley had joined her.
Billie had even been tempted to offer her ideas to Haley's parents, but Haley stopped her before she could even do that, since it sounds like they would yell at her if she tried to. They did not take hand outs, that was something that Claire was very upfront about last time she had brought something similar up. And they wouldn't even let her use the word "gift" since they refused to take even that when it came to something like this.
Basically, Billie had a lot of plans for the future when it came to growing her own personal wealth, and wanted to let others take part, but only Haley had accepted, or more like Haley was the only one that stopped her from doing it since she knew it wouldn't go anywhere.
She just hoped that her investments would work out well, even if the world itself was a bit different. She would just have to keep an eye on things to make sure, but she was hopeful for the future.
Otherwise...well...
She would be losing a lot of money.
And would not be a happy camper.
But...
That's a future Billie problem.
For now she was more focused on the immediate events that would be occurring in the coming months. Like...
Her album dropping.

That's the end of the chapter!
An abrupt ending, but I didn't really know how to end this. And I am dead tired right now, so I'm getting this out before I push my luck to much. Might have still made mistakes, and if so point them out.
Have a good day
