In the days following the broadcast, interest in the mysterious organizations that had intervened in the battles continued to grow. The media tried to piece together their involvement in the various battles, while millions of people awaited the worldwide broadcast announced for that weekend.
Expectations had reached such a level that major information platforms set up special channels to retransmit the event. Governments had also confirmed that they would follow the presentation through their respective official media outlets.
When the appointed time arrived, the broadcast began simultaneously in different languages. The first person to appear was the president of the UNO and representative of Germany: Anna Müller.
"Citizens of the world, today I come before you on behalf of all governments to provide explanations and answers about everything that has been happening over the past few months. You are all aware that several nations have been attacked and that the attackers appear not to be from our world. But as difficult as it may be to accept, this is the reality we are facing."
She paused and continued.
"Even for us, this came as a great surprise. Personally, I refused to believe what was happening, but it is true. And to explain what is happening, today we will hear from people who are directly involved in these events. So, without further delay, we will introduce them."
Suddenly, five emblems appeared on the screen, each featuring a particularly striking design.
Shortly afterward, five people appeared.
The first to speak was a mature-looking woman. Her presence on the screen radiated authority.
"Good afternoon, everyone. My name is Ciara Milesnova de ÓBroin. I am the head of the ÓBroin family and the current leader of the five guardian families. We understand that our appearance may be bewildering to many of you. Until recently, our existence and what is commonly known as magic could have been described as fantasy. But the reality is that we have lived among you anonymously for generations.
"More than five thousand years ago, our ancestors fought a great battle against the forces that attacked us. That entire history is available through your respective governments' media channels. There, you will be able to discover in greater detail what happened, why they decided to conceal it, and how they did so.
"We are here today because circumstances forced us to fight openly, and there is no longer any way to avoid it."
Ciara explained that the guardian families descended from five ancient bloodlines that had been entrusted with the responsibility of protecting the balance of the world after the war that took place approximately five thousand years ago.
She paused briefly, looked directly into the camera, and continued.
"I am certain that what I am about to reveal will have a profound impact on your lives and beliefs, but the history that has been passed down over these five thousand years is not the truth. The origins of humanity are entirely different.
"There are beings referred to in our records as the Supreme Beings, who are the equivalent of the gods found in mythologies and religions. In that respect, you are correct.
"At this moment, we do not have enough time to give you a more detailed explanation, so I recommend visiting the platforms your governments have prepared. There, you will find the entire history and the events that led us to the current situation. What I can tell you is that, at that time, they were captured and sealed away in a dimension separate from our reality. However, not all of them were captured. Over time, their descendants have attempted to free them, and on this occasion, they managed to break one of the seals that kept them imprisoned. I believe you all know what happened afterward."
"Before continuing," Ciara added, "I would like to introduce those who share this responsibility with me."
Étienne Orleans's image occupied one of the main sections of the broadcast.
"I am Étienne Orleans, head of the Orleans family, based in France."
Étienne briefly explained that his family possessed specialized defensive forces and was responsible for preserving information about everything that had happened throughout the years.
The next speaker was Isabela Cavalcanti.
"My name is Isabela Cavalcanti, and I represent the Cavalcanti family of Brazil. Our ancestors assumed responsibility for protecting the South American region. Our family possesses earth magic and the ability to interact with the natural environment through it."
Haruki Minamoto appeared next.
"I am Haruki Minamoto, the current head of the Minamoto family of Japan. Our family is responsible for protecting one of the dimensional seals in the Pacific."
The last representative to speak was Irina, who had temporarily assumed command of the Sevianko forces following Mikhail's death.
"My name is Irina Kovalchuk. I represent the Sevianko family of Russia. Our former leader, Mikhail Sevianko, died defending our positions during one of the most devastating battles we have endured.
"Our fleet confronted the enemy armada directly and suffered heavy casualties."
When she finished speaking, the broadcast returned to Ciara.
"We represent the five main families. However, we are not the only ones that exist."
The screen displayed a map of the planet showing the emblems of the other families, accompanied by general information about their regions of operation.
"Some of these families participated in the recent battles in America and Asia. Among them are the Aguilar family in Mexico and the Lefebvre family in Canada, whose forces helped contain the enemy advance."
Among the units presented, a formation of aircraft stood out, one that many viewers immediately recognized.
The same aircraft that had fought off the coast of Puerto Chiapas.
Ciara allowed the images to remain on the screen before continuing.
"One of our most distinguished units belongs to the Aguilar family. It is known as the Silver Eagles and is one of the most powerful combat squadrons maintained by the guardian families."
The presentation showed their aircraft, the general characteristics of their defensive systems, and footage of their participation in the battle.
"During the war five thousand years ago, the Silver Eagles were among our main attack forces. Their control systems require a special magical compatibility, which is why their pilots are women."
The image changed to show Victoria Aguilar, commander of the squadron.
"During the recent battle at Puerto Chiapas," Ciara continued, "fifty aircraft took part in the defense. Thirty-two returned. Of the eighteen we lost, eleven women gave their lives."
Victoria began speaking.
"The Silver Eagles were created to defend, and our female ancestors fought against these same forces. Now that this threat has returned, it is our turn."
The presentation continued with other units that had participated in the recent battles, including the forces of the Lefebvre family, the Andarson family, and the organizations that had helped defend the American and South African coasts.
When that section concluded, Étienne explained that they had also prepared a series of platforms where the public could access information.
"Starting today, our archives will be available. There, you will find information about the five families, their historical backgrounds, the collaborating organizations, and the events that have led to the current situation. We will also publish explanatory material about the magic and technology we use."
"We must clarify," Haruki added, "that certain information will remain restricted for security reasons. We will not disclose strategic locations, defense systems, or knowledge that could be used to attack our facilities."
Isabela spoke next.
"You will also find safety recommendations, updates about affected regions, and official channels through which governments can coordinate requests for assistance."
Finally, Ciara returned to the main screen.
"We know that many people will wonder why we remained hidden for so long. The documents we publish will help you understand the decisions made by our ancestors. We do not expect everyone to immediately accept our explanations, but we do hope you understand the seriousness of the threat we face."
The leader of the ÓBroin family looked directly into the camera.
"For thousands of years, our families have carried this responsibility. Today, circumstances have changed. We need cooperation, organization, and, above all, we must prevent fear from turning us against one another."
With those words, the presentation ended.
The five images disappeared and were replaced by links to the information platforms. Within minutes, millions of users began consulting the published documents, while major news outlets analyzed the revelations.
For the first time, humanity had direct access to a part of its history that had remained hidden for five thousand years.
But while the world struggled to understand those revelations, others remained focused on very different objectives.
