The blonde, bear-like female ninja approached the charred Fourth Raikage and asked with concern, "Are you alright?"
This voluptuous female ninja was named Samui, an elite jonin of Hidden Cloud Village and one of Killer Bee, the Eight-Tails Jinchuriki's sword-style disciples. She was deeply trusted by the Fourth Raikage, Ay, due to her cautious and calm demeanor.
"I'm fine."
The Fourth Raikage slowly sat up, gently shook his head, then looked at Samui and asked in a deep voice, "What are the casualties?"
"It's alright."
Samui shook her head, speaking with a relieved expression, "Although everyone maintaining the barrier was injured, there were no fatalities. We were truly lucky."
Samui wasn't present when Naruto unleashed the Thunder Dragon, but she saw it from afar.

The Nine-Tails patiently explained.
