"Oh my God, oh my God, Josh, she said yes!"
"Who said yes?"
Joshua looked at his wife jumping with a anxious face holding her spacula. She was cooking something for the dinner while he was busy looking at some documents from work. He couldn't guess what occasion made his wife all jumpy.
"Alex. She said yes."
"What? Yes to whom?" His confused turned into horror. Is she getting married to a random-ass guy they don't even know about?
"Not whom. She said she will go to the reunion party."
"Oh."
All his nerves suddenly relaxed after properly hearing the reason of jumpiness. What's so great about attending a random party? Sometimes even he doesn't understand his wife.
"Why are so excited plus anxious about it?"
"Excited because my plan worked, anxious because it might not go the way I want," Rebecca finally stopped jumping and settled down as she spoke.
"What plan are you talking about?" He couldn't help but be curious.
