"What's wrong?" Rebecca asked as she saw Alexis almost squeeze out of her grip where she held her arm.
"You should be asking what's right today," Alexis felt her patience growing thin as she kept glaring at that distinct corner.
Rebecca followed her gaze to discover the reason behind her best friend's unsettledness and couldn't help but whistle in surprise.
"Not bad at all."
Alexis darted her eyes to Rebecca this time, cursing her inwardly for the nth time today for her stupid acts. They didn't even settle the score from that day and now for Rebecca she needed to face him even before she was ready.
And now this new show was making it impossible to talk to him normally.
