Chapter 103 - Chapter 103 But even if this could explain why Harry could speak Parseltongue, what about this large snake? Why did it pounce so passionately before?

At the time, Howl had focused on the word 'genius', overlooking the phrase 'Slytherin's blood' that Grindelwald had spoken.

Now, it seemed, the relationship between Lord Voldemort and Harry... Thinking this, Howl looked at the scar on Harry's forehead.

Last year, Harry had keenly grasped the connection between the scar and Lord Voldemort, pinpointing Quirrell.

But even if this could explain why Harry could speak Parseltongue, what about this large snake? Why did it pounce so passionately before?

Did it mistake Harry for Lord Voldemort?

"Harry, ask it if it knows you," Howl said.

Harry turned his head. He was currently trying to control the large snake, and nodded, his face full of confusion.

Then he looked at the large snake and hissed again.

A moment later, the large snake's tongue flickered continuously, responding.

"It says its name is Nagini. And I am its master?!" Harry's face was full of bewilderment.

"As expected," Howl sat back in his lounge chair: "Do you remember what Dumbledore said about the relationship between Quirrell and Lord Voldemort?"

Harry recalled for a moment, then said: "Quirrell resigned from his Muggle Studies Professor position and went to Albania..."

Harry's body suddenly froze: "Lord Voldemort's lingering soul was hidden in Albania before, and Nagini knows him... Now it recognizes me as Lord Voldemort?!"

Howl nodded: "It seems so."

With that, he raised his hand again, and regardless of Nagini's struggles, he pulled her in front of him.

"Harry, tell her not to struggle, or talk to her, make her relax."

"Uncle Howl, what are you going to do?" Harry's eyes were full of curiosity.

"Lord Voldemort doesn't even think much of humans, so he wouldn't take a liking to this large snake for no reason. There must be something wrong with her."

After hearing Howl's words, Harry quickly understood and hissed.

Before long, the large snake's entire body relaxed considerably. Howl's hand smoothed over her scales, and a detection spell quickly spread like ripples, entering the large snake's abdominal cavity and internal organs through her mouth and nose.

However, he found nothing.

Aside from its abnormally large size, it was no different from an ordinary snake.

Then it must be a truly deep-level detection... Thinking this, Howl closed his eyes, a faint glow appeared on his finger, and then he touched the large snake's head.

Instantly, both the man and the snake froze simultaneously.

Deep within the soul, in an indescribable world, Howl's figure appeared.

Then, he sensed a chaotic will, with extremely low intelligence, filled with a series of disordered thoughts such as hunger, eating, and hunting.

Completely animalistic thoughts.

"Kill me..." A faint female voice suddenly drifted from an unknown place.

The voice was extremely weak, and its tone was stiff.

"Kill me..."

"Kill me..."

The voice echoed continuously, its tone identical to before, devoid of any spirit. It was more like a program, a person's repeated murmuring before death... Howl opened his eyes and took a deep breath.

"Uncle Howl, did you find anything?" Harry asked nervously. At the same time, Nagini instinctively began to resist.

She was very foolish and couldn't clearly understand what had just happened.

But the throbbing of her soul was urging her to break free, to leave this place, to leave this... perhaps human fellow.

Howl threw her onto the lawn and stared at her.

"Blood-Cursed Beastman," Howl said, his gaze puzzled: "A Curse that has deeply penetrated her bones."

"Blood-Cursed Beastman, what is that?!" Harry heard this term for the first time and immediately felt it was not a good thing.

"An extremely malicious Curse..." Howl said.

At least from what he read in books, this Curse was similar to the one he cast on Umbridge, but even worse.

The Curse he cast on Umbridge was merely a Curse that altered her appearance. Even without the 'True Love's Kiss' restriction he maliciously added, there were ways to remove it prematurely.

For example, Dumbledore could do it.

In short, that Curse did not affect the soul.

A Blood-Cursed Beastman, however, was a Curse thoroughly rooted in the soul and bloodline. This Curse remained unsolved to this day and would be passed down through female family members generation after generation until the entire bloodline became extinct.

Judging from its previous manifestations deep within its soul, it was likely that she had long since died, or had been suppressed for a very, very long time.

Howl had not seen other Blood-Cursed Beastmen and did not understand this magic deeply, nor did he have any reference points.

He could only deduce that this large snake certainly did not become a Blood-Cursed Beastman recently.

"It seems she has a significant relationship with Lord Voldemort," Howl said.

"But we don't know much about Lord Voldemort's past," Harry looked at Nagini.

He wanted to know more, after all, this concerned Lord Voldemort.

Howl, however, didn't seem too concerned. He flipped the food on the grill, saying casually: "Perhaps you can ask Dumbledore."
