Chapter 61 - 061 Tim Dxd

A dimensional rift tore open, and two demon maids stepped out alongside Dino.

They were Misery and Rain; Issei recognized them both at a single glance. Misery remained perfectly composed even while standing before super-demons—as expected of a Primordial. Rain, on the other hand, was visibly on edge, casting wary glances toward Sirzechs and Michael.

"Ahem. So, who exactly is coming to my world?" Dino asked.

Issei stepped forward. "I am, for sure."

"Ehhh..." Dino let out a long sigh, a bead of cold sweat rolling down his cheek.

"What's with that reaction? You look like you don't want me to go," Issei remarked with a smirk, his tone teasing yet sharp.

"Ahem! It's just your imagination. I'm welcoming you with open arms." Dino's expression was comical as he struggled to maintain his composure in front of Issei.

Issei let out a soft chuckle, then turned his gaze toward Vali, Dulio, and Tobio. "They're coming, too."

"Hmm?" Dino followed Issei's gaze. A moment later, he swallowed hard, cold sweat now pouring down his face. "They... they aren't ordinary existences."

"You caught on pretty fast. They are Longinus users, just like me."

"Longinus..." Dino fell silent for a moment before speaking in disbelief. "Don't tell me they can also double their power every second?"

"No such luck. Every Longinus has a different power, but their ability to kill gods is much the same."

Dino swallowed heavily, his heart refusing to stop its frantic pounding.

"Hyoudou Issei, you talk too much," Vali interjected, bluntly rebuking him.

"Vali-kun is right," Tobio added, nodding in agreement.

"I'm sure it's fine. Besides, what he explained is just basic information that isn't exactly a secret anymore," Dulio chimed in freely, his tone relaxed and unconstrained.

"Dulio is right. Unless you guys are scared, there's no reason to complain," Issei said with a provocative smile.

"Scared? There is no such word in my dictionary," Vali huffed, his tone as arrogant as ever.

"I'm not scared, just a bit cautious." Tobio offered a friendly smile, but it was the kind of smile that could make someone's skin crawl.

Dulio chuckled, clearly amused by the banter between the Longinus owners.

"That's good. By the way, where are your comrades?"

"They're busy elsewhere," Vali replied.

"As for me, I deliberately chose not to bring them," Tobio said.

"Heaven has entrusted this matter entirely to me, so I figured I'd go alone," Dulio added.

"You guys..." Issei didn't know what to say to the three men standing before him.

Suddenly, a warm and soft touch brushed against his palm. Issei turned to see Rias gripping his hand tightly.

"Don't go alone, okay?"

"Rias... Of course. Unlike them, I have a reliable lover by my side." Issei smiled as he gently touched Rias's cheek.

The eyebrows of Vali, Tobio, and Dulio all twitched simultaneously.

"Ugh, is the talking done?" Dino asked.

"Yeah. Let's head out," Issei answered with a proud smile.

Vali, Tobio, and Dulio felt as though they had already been defeated by Issei before the journey even began.

Under the guidance of Misery and Rain, Team DxD arrived safely in the Tensura World.

They emerged in the Walpurgis banquet hall, where seven Demon Lords were already waiting for them.

"Oh? There are a lot of strong people here," Vali said openly, observing the seven Demon Lords seated around the round table.

Vali's arrogant tone immediately drew the attention of the oldest Demon Lord, Guy Crimson.

"What is your name?" Guy asked.

"Vali Lucifer. I am a hybrid—half human, half demon."

"Human and demon? Interesting." Guy smirked while scanning the members of Team DxD.

"We've come here from another world. As a good host, you should probably ask us to sit down before we start talking." Issei smiled casually, his voice playful and utterly devoid of fear.

The other Demon Lords broke into a cold sweat. They stole glances at Guy, waiting for his reaction with guarded stances—everyone except Milim. The sight of the Demon Lords' tension was amusing to Issei; he laughed inwardly while maintaining his steady gaze on Guy.

"So, you're the one who defeated Dino?"

"That's right."

"Dino said before that you were on par with an Awakened Demon Lord, but what I'm sensing now is different. You are intentionally hiding a massive power within your body. Your power level might be equal to, or perhaps even greater than mine."

Everyone in the room froze in shock.

Vali's eyes widened in disbelief, and he bit his lip hard enough to draw blood. Tobio narrowed his eyes, staring straight at Issei. Dulio drew a sharp breath as his heart hammered uncontrollably.

"As expected of the oldest Demon Lord, Guy Crimson. You noticed my strength quite quickly," Issei said as he released his concealment.

Guy stood up with a smirk, his aura leaking out with enough force to shake the entire hall.

"You monster."

"I don't want to hear that from you."

Their conflicting auras filled the hall, creating a suffocating atmosphere that weighed heavily on everyone's minds.

"Ise..." Rias called out softly.

Issei smiled and immediately withdrew his aura. Guy paused, glancing briefly at Rias before turning back to the members of the Octagram. He let out a sigh, retracted his own aura, and sat back down.

"My apologies. Please, have a seat. Let the discussion between our two worlds begin."
