Guy gave him a pleasant smile. "Who else? You're the one who went to that world and caused a scene."
"But I only did that because you ordered me to!"
"I was never serious about those orders. Whatever you did there was entirely of your own volition."
Dino looked like he wanted to cry, but the tears simply wouldn't come. The other Demon Lords looked at Dino with pity, but no one—including Rimuru—was willing to jump in and help him.
"Don't worry, Dino didn't actually cause any real trouble because I stopped him before he could," Issei interrupted with a relaxed grin.
"Oh, I'm glad to hear that." Guy smirked, casting a sideways glance at Dino.
Dino shuddered and slumped back into his seat, feigning innocence by whistling to himself.
"Now that the matter with Dino is settled, let's discuss the future relationship between our two worlds."
"Agreed. That is the primary reason we came here."
The serious discussion began, and in the end, both sides agreed to an unconditional peace treaty. As the meeting concluded, Issei requested permission from the Octagram to travel across their world, which was granted immediately.
Issei chose to visit Tempest after a casual offer from Rimuru.

Rimuru "vomited blood" once more. Issei laughed with satisfaction; he had been wanting to bring that up for a long time. If Issei had reincarnated as Rimuru, the first thing he would have done was find a way to regain his gender before starting his adventure as the world's strongest slime.
