While the three of them left the room, they hurried down the stairs and moved as fast as they could, and in no time, they arrived in front of the building.
"Cole, is there a reason why you tend to want to leave Vincent behind?" Bryan rose to ask while they walked.
Cole felt taken aback by the question, so he paused for a little bit before answering without much change in his tone.
"There's actually no specific reason, and I don't think we should be talking right now; we should be moving as fast as possible."
Bryan nodded slightly and decided to press on the matter again; he just turned away and continued to walk as if nothing had happened.
Linda, who was walking a little bit to the side, looked towards the other two, her mouth opened as if she were about to say something but still feeling unsure if she should.
"Uhmm, I actually support Vincent not following along on this mission," she finally managed to say gently.
