"Nice to meet the two of you." Yeshua said to the Jonas brothers. Andrew quickly let go of his grip from Simon and stood decently while Simon looked at his brother from head to toe then looked at Yeshua, who was behind me, with confusion traced on his face as he crossed his arms. Again.
"Nice-nice to meet you too, Yeshua!" said Andrew excitedly with a smile on his face. I heard Yeshua chuckled. "Simon!" called Andrew then hit Simon's arm again. "Hey there." said Simon as he nodded at Yeshua as suspicion can now be traced in his face. "Nice to meet you too, Simon." Yeshua said to Simon.
"Now that you already know each other, can I peacefully go to class now?" I asked the Jonas brothers. Simon uncrossed his arms and looked at me unbelievably. "You expect us not to react after seeing this man–"
"His name is Yeshua, Simon." interrupted Andrew, making Simon throw a side-eye at him then looked back at me.
"Yeshua, up at your tree?"
"What's your point?"
"Maria. You are a girl."
"A girl who will surely be late in her class if you don't let me go."
Simon sighed. "Okay, fine. When your classes are done, meet us at the port. We'll bring Yeshua with us."
"Sounds good to me." Yeshua said, making me look at Him with raised eyebrows. "You sure, Yeshua? Simon can be hard to deal with." I asked Yeshua. Yeshua chuckled as he looked at me. "It's understandable, Maria. Simon cares for you."
"You bet I am," said Simon, making me look at him and see that he crossed his arms again. Yes. Again. I sighed. "Okay, Andrew I know I can trust you in terms of preventing Simon from hurting others."
"What?"
"You can count on me, Maria. I won't allow Simon to lay a hand on Yeshua."
"I'm here, you know!"
"Oh, we know alright. I'll tell your wife, Abigail, if you tried to hurt anybody again, Simon!"
"No. You wouldn't dare, Maria."
"She wouldn't. But I would."
"Andrew!"
And so I faced Yeshua and saw Him smiling at the Jonas brothers. I smiled as well. "I got to go, Yeshua." Yeshua then looked at me still with a smile on His lips. "I know you can defend yourself from Simon but if he ever! Please take it easy on him."
Yeshua nodded as a response, and so I waved at Him, He waved back, then I jogged towards the garage to take my bike and bicycled away from the house. "Goodluck in your classes Maria!" yelled Andrew. I waved, not looking back at them.
