Reis didn't have anything particular he wanted to ask for. Not until today, anyway. But after thinking, and thinking, and thinking, he realized he deserved some privacy to think.
"Ask for something else."
"I've already decided what I want. Lord Aion, don't go back on your words."
Yvaion glared at him. "It's a safety measure to keep subjects safe. Why would you want to put yourself in danger?"
"You can do that even without violating my privacy, can't you?" Reis wasn't going to give up today. This was his moral right! Until he achieved it, he'd continue to fight.
Yvaion smirked. "What? Are you that embarrassed by your unholy thoughts being exposed?"
Reis's expression didn't change. The worst his crooked mind did was thinking that a certain someone was a good kisser. There, he said it.
