Two days passed as Kai nursed his injuries on the other side of the blood lake, as he looked at his missing arm anger swelled up in him, the balck fur coat that he wore was tattered as he took it off and lay down on the ground next to burning wood to keep himself warm and stared at the starry sky in a daze after a while he finally regained his sense.
" I have been in this part of the forest for two days but no creature has come to hunt me or even pass by, this means whatever lives in this part of the lake is far more dangerous than that python and lysantos, so when the sun rises I will leave this place before whatever resides here decides that I am no longer welcomed in its territory."
Kai whispered to himself as he turned his head towards a path leading deep into the into the blood lake forest.As he looked at the path his eyes became heavy unable to stay open, as he closed his eyes he dosed off snoring under the starry sky. After sleeping for hours on end his eyes were blinded by a bright golden ray as the sun rose in the distant. Yawning Kai opened his eyes stretched his arm and stood up.
" It's morning already I better go back and finish what I have started but before that let me treat my wounds."
Kai opened the pouch that hang on his waist and took out a small container filled with green mashy herbs mixed together, he began to rub the mixture onto the wound on his left chest side with ribs sticking out of it as he did that tears involuntarily came out of his eyes as he winced after he finished applying the mixture he exhaled and rubbed the mixture onto his ruptured and at the place where his left hand arm would have been connected too after enduring the agony of the mixture burning at his wounds for about ten minutes Kai finally applied the mixture on his back with great difficulty as he had only one arm left as he once again endured the burning of the mixture he clenched his teeth body shivering and tears flowing out of his eyes in silence as he looked at the blood lake in anger.
I will exterminate every single on of you lysantos in this forest even if it is the last thing that I do, not out of hatred but out of pure angry that such lowly creatures like you can make me run away, Kai thought to himself as a smile crept onto his face.
After pondering Kai stood up and walked toward the lake and slowly walked into the water his body shivered as the cold blood of the lake touched his skin he stood in the lake with only his upper body visible,Kai looked at the sky inhaled pushed himself under the thick blood and began swimming after swimming for a few hours in the blood lake Kai finally came close to the the territory of the lysantos he rose his head underneath the thick red blood that he swam in and scanned his surroundings ten meters away from him a large number of profane creatures and monster bodies littered the ground as their lay dead killed by the lysantos.
" How admirable of them to think they would protect their kins corpses from being devoured by other profane creatures, but it's to bad for them now more blood has been stained onto the ground which will give me a home ground advantage."
Kai muttered as he scanned around the battlefield after a while he finally saw the monarch of the lysantos surrounded on all sides by his kin as it's left side of it's face was covered in green venomous acid as it was eating into it at a rapid pace, Kai looked at the monster in shock as it was filled with wounds all over it's body.
How strong was that python to injure this beast in such a manner, my gamble was right in heading towards the lake if not that thing would have caught up to me and snuffed out my life but where is that Python right now, Kai thought as he looked around the lake for any signs of it after a while he stopped looking and focused at the injured lysantos.
"It seem both of you injured each other badly."
Kai said as he swam towards the shore and rose from the water, the moment he set foot onto the shore loud roars of anger howled at him as he emerged from the blood lake covered in thick blood with a bare chest looking like a demon from hell that came to collect the lives of it's enemies. Kai wiped his eyes that were covered in blood and smiled. As the lysantos roared and prepared to rush towards him Kai spoke in a loud voice.
" I am Kai Esarosa the son of Queen Esarosa and I have come to take the lives of those that serve you, will you stand back and watch once again as i slaughter your brethren in front of you or are going to face me one on one you dammed creature, I know you understand me now what will it be."
As Kai said those words the white lysantos roared stopping it's servants from rushing towards Kai and slowly walked towards Kai. Kai smiled as blood rose from the ground and formed a blood red shield with sharp thick circular covering it. As the shield formed into his hand the white lysantos suddenly rushed towards him stepping onto the air as it run in the sky towards him, Kai looked at the lysantos in amazement as he smiled and raised his shield as the lysantos jammed it's horns at him sending him flying backward a few meters back.
Bam! Kai crushed into a dead creature onto the ground as the impact of the lysantos horns collided with his shield. Kai stood up and stretched his neck and spoke softly to himself
"Good it seem this creature has been weakened by it's injuries, if it hand charged at me like that uninjured in its full strenght i would have died as it's horn would have pierced through my shield into my body killing me on the spot."
Kai said as he once agian raised his shield and rushed towards the white lysantos that stood before him snarling at him as he jumped into the air dodging a blow aimed at his chest as he raised his shield circular blood red shield swinging it at lysantos arm that was aimed at his chest and with all his force Kai brought the shield down on the lysantos arm cutting through flesh, bone and tendons as he severed it's hand as he landed steadily on the ground a loud whimpering could be heard as the white lysantos lost its front right hand was cleanly cut off.
Kai looked at the whimpering lysantos and shook his and spoke.
"Now we are even."
As he said these words the white lysantos suddenly roared at him and with a missing limb rushed at him as it fazed out of existence and suddenly appeared infront of him as it swung it's sharp claws at his face ripping through it as it broke his jaw sending Kai flying and crushing onto the ground as kai stood up from the ground raising his shield, three deep claw mark could be seen on his face as blood flowed out of his face as he began to lose his vision as a sharp buzzing sound rung in his ears before he could even sense where the lysantos next attack will come from a sharp fang suddenly pierced into his head from the back into his skull as he fell down on the floor with the lysantos above him tearing into his head unable to move or react the lysantos bit out a chuck of the back of his head along with his skull as Kia lay there on the ground with a missing chuck of his head as he began losing consciousness, with the lysantos standing above him roaring madly.
I am going to die was i too arrogant I believing that I could fight against a monster of a higher rank than me, how stupid of me I didn't even sense what rank it was how utterly foolish but I cannot die here, think think Kai what must i do to survive this,Kai thought to himself as he fell unconscious.
As the lysantos opened its mouth aiming to decapitate Kia's head a green bright light lit up from his body as thousand of green caterpillars exited from the wound at the back of his head leaving only black profane maggots as they filled the large hole on his head, the white lysantos stared at the back of Kai's head with weariness as it slowly packed down I'm confusion at what it was seeing. Kai rose up from the ground and turned around facing the profane monsters infront of him and spoke.
"I am the all seeing and all devouring Mammoth of house Crimson the descendant of..."
Mammoth said with deep black abyssal eyes as he walked towards the white lysantos as black large eyes covered the sky looking at all the lysantos on the battlefield every lysantos that looked at the eyes dropped dead onto the ground as their pupils turned completely white as the bodies fell onto the ground massive illusory mouths filled with sharp fangs manifested out of the ground devouring every creature in there path loud crunching sounds could be hears as the mouths devoured dead and living lysantos.Mammoth looked at the lysantos with a grin showing his sharp razor teeth. The white lysantos roared in agony as it saw its kin beign devoured and rushed towards him, Mammoth stood in place unmoving as the creature jumped at him opening it's mouth aiming at his head before it could even take a bite at him,Mammoth suddenly appeared above the the white lysantos head and with a clenched fist repeatedly pucked at its head continues lysantos untill he broke through its skull as he laughed madly as the white lysantos fell onto the ground with a loud boom as it fell down Mammoth streched his mouth wide open as it began to enlarge by twenty five meters as he began devouring the creature from its head eating brain matter as he devoured it's head completely leaving only the body before he could could devour the body thousand of green caterpillars rushed toward the body and in instant devoured it. Mammoth looked at the creatures and shook his head.
" How meddlesome of you."
Mammoth said as he looked at the caterpillars that swept across the battlefield sucking every last drop of blood that fell onto the battlefield after that they returned into Kai's body entering through the hole at the back of his head mixing and fusing with the balck profane maggots as that happend. A large thin black silhouette of a person clawed out head first out of Kai stomach as he fell onto the ground stood up and looked at the dazed Kai as he began to regain consciousness.
"Who are you."
Kai said as he looked at the black silhouette of a thin man infront of him.
"I am Mammoth of house Crimson I bestow you the title blood warrior and my innate ability as reward for saturating my hunger young Kai, my you grow strong and free us."
The black silhouette said as it dissappeard into nothingness infront of him.
"Wait what!."
Kai said as he looked around in confusion as the was nothing infront of him no corpses not even a stain of blood.
what happened here did I not die, what caused me to gain a true title is it supposed to be this easy no I don't believe this, Kai thought to himself as information about the all seeing and all devouring ability flowed in his head and what had transpired earlier became clearer as he remembered how he slaughtered and devoured the lysantos.
" Something is truly wrong with me what will happen if people find out if have profanity in me."
Kai muttered soflt as he looked all around him to see if anyone saw what just happend but unbeknownst to him a women with a black cloth covering her eyes was staring at him in shock from a distance as she saw how he devoured every single lysantos on the battlefield.
"Mhh interesting so this is what her majesty has been hiding."
