Chapter 36 - Season 2 Chapter 23: Dragons Don't Bow To Gods

"Previously on fate and destiny

Richie smiled cruely and turned around, the dream stone hovering over the stone still stuck in his right hand and connected by a link of dark magic.

Richie: You're too late Johny boy

"You call yourself a god, but all I see is a coward hiding behind tricks and shadows."

Richie: Since you got me infected I looked all around the world for a cure and I, I finally found it. The small piece of the dream stone. It's sentient it told me how to get the demons free to bring the rest of it to earth.

_______________________________________________________

Richie: Wait, wait !! We had a deal !!

The stone fragment in his palm flew out and before Richies sunken blue eyes it connected with its second half restoring what once had been.

Richie: AAAAAAH

Richies form became that of a madmans nightmare, wearing a dark purple hooded cape and armor with the dream stone in the center of his chest. A muscular build over shadowed Richies previously sickly fram, his skin became white and his face appeared more like a skull with his eyes being a glowing red.

Destiny: Five hundred years...

His voice was deep with an english accent and shook the soul, almost clouded over by demonic growls.

Destiny: Five hundred years i've planned

"You think fear makes you a god? That suffering makes you divine? No. It makes you weak. A real god doesn't break people, he lifts them up. A real god doesn't need lies to rule—only tyrants do.

And now... now you've taken from me. You murdered Etrigan, a warrior stronger than you could ever dream to be. He fought for something greater than himself—something you'll never understand. And for that, you will suffer.

You want gods and monsters? Fine. I'll show you one.

Because now.

Golden flames burst out from around Izuku burning the air itself and melting the concrete he stood on, green arcs surrounded Izuku viciously. And from the flames came out a roar. A roar of a dragon

NOW YOU'RE GONNA PAY!"

End of recap:

...

The streets trembled as Izuku Midoriya's feet slammed into the cracked pavement. His heart raced, adrenaline surging through his veins. His body was a coiled spring, ready to unleash everything he had. This was more than just a fight—this was his defiance. Destiny had taken control of the world around him, twisted everything he knew, but today... today, he would show him that the future was dictated by something far greater than fate. There was will. There was fire.

"Detroit Smash!" Izuku roared, his fist cutting through the air. The force of the punch shattered the earth beneath him, sending shockwaves that rattled the very foundations of the city. The punch tore through the air like a missile, the ground erupting under the sheer force of it.

Destiny didn't flinch. His eyes, cold and unyielding, watched the blow meet his dark energy barrier. The impact sent a ripple of force outward, but the shield held firm. He stood there, unfazed.

"You think that'll stop me, boy?" Destiny's voice was full of mockery, a smile twisting across his face. "Fate doesn't bend. Not even for someone like you."

Izuku's breath came in quick bursts, his green eyes ablaze with fury. He could feel it—his body burning with the anger of the friend he had lost, the rage of a world crumbling under the weight of Destiny's influence. His heart thudded with the energy of every injustice he had ever witnessed.

Rokuro, Natsu and Meliodas in the back of his mind their voices muted by the fury he felt inside.

"I'm not just some kid you can push around!" Izuku shouted, his voice filled with conviction. His teeth gritted, fists tightening. "I'll make you pay for everything you've done and. FOR ALL THE PEOPLE YOU'VE HURT!!!"

The energy coursing through him shifted. He wasn't fighting with just his usual strength. The Impurity Arm, an unnatural and foreign power, surged through his veins, blending with his rage. It pulsed with raw, untamed might. Izuku could feel the strength it gave him—he was more than just his Quirk now. His body burned with the strength of a thousand fires.

He stepped forward, his legs moving with a speed that was almost inhuman, golden flames propelling him forward. "WYOMING SMASH!!" he shouted, his voice roaring like a hurricane. The elbow he brought high into the air shot forward, enhanced by the full might of his quirk and magic power smashing straight through Destiny's barrier smashing down against the dark gods chest. The air itself trembled and torrents of air blasted around the two, the civillians and pro heroes going mad where sent to the ground from the shaking of the city around them as Destiny was sent flying, his body skidding against the ground before smashing into a car. The vehicle folding in itself blew up in a blaze of violent flames, but it wasn't enough to keep Destiny down as he raised himself back into the air.

Destiny: WHAT IS THIS!!! How can you a boy harm a god!!!! YOU MISERABLE BASTARD DIE!!!!!

Enraged Destiny's raised his arm hand towards the sky, thunder and lightning surged far up, the purple arcs created a sound like cannon fire as they shot down straight at Izuku who barely managed to cross his arms in time to defend himself. A deafening explosion of energy rang out, the shockwave rattling the nearby buildings. Izuku's body was forced back, skidding across the cracked ground. His feet left deep impressions in the pavement, but his resolve only grew.

"You're not getting away from me!" Izuku growled, his breath ragged, but filled with a fierce determination. His muscles screamed with exertion, but he could feel the power surging inside him, urging him forward.

Before Destiny could even respond, Izuku moved. He pushed off the ground with incredible force, his body a blur of motion. His arms ignited with fiery power, his fists surrounded by crackling flames. The magic of Natsu's Fire Dragon Slayer abilities surged through him, roaring like a wild beast. He opened his mouth and, with the force of a dragon's roar, shouted, "Fire Dragon's Roar!"

A colossal wave of flame erupted from his mouth, an inferno that roared forward like a tidal wave. The fire whipped through the air with a ferociousness that could melt steel. Destiny raised both hands, summoning dark energy that surrounded him, but the flames tore through the air, burning the ground beneath them. The heat was overwhelming as one for all nearly trippled the strength and intensity of the fire.

The flames collided with the black barrier burning through the magic itself causing Destinys expression of rage to intensify as he roared in pain and madness, the flames completely swallowing him and causing a large earth rattling explosion.

When the smoke cleared it revealed Destinys tattered form, his pale skin marked by deep gashes and burn marks.

"HOW DARE YOU, HOW DARE YOU WOUND ME!!!?" Destiny'scream sent shivers down the spine of the men and women below even through their mind control, his current mental state bordering on insanity. His plans, his imprisonment, every moment since the day Merlin sealed him away spent plotting his escape and now when he was about to rise to his rightful place above the world, a boy barely a man stands in his way.

Izuku's eyes burned brighter, the fire within him intensifying. "Fire Dragon's Sword Horn!" he yelled, blasting forward ignoring Destinys voice as he struck him in the gut, his golden flames burning deep wounds into Destinys body as the false god howled in agony.

Then using his flames at the bottom of his soles to fly higher into the air Izuku brought his arms together "Fire Dragon's Brilliant Flame!" Izuku shouted, his hands thrusting forward as a sphere of flames erupted from his palms. The flames tore through the air, a concentrated blast of fire and destruction. The heat alone made the air shimmer as it tore through the city. It was as if the very sky was burning beneath his fury.

Destiny ignoring his pain raised his arms and conjured a powerful crimson barrier, struggling to contain the heat. But just as the flames seemed to push through, Destiny's eyes burned with dark energy, and with a battle cry he released a pulse of force that expanded outward, obliterating the flames in an instant. The ground trembled as Destiny's power pushed against Izuku's fire, and the city seemed to shake under the weight of their clash.

"I did not spent centuries locked away to be stopped by a boy," Destiny said, his voice a hollow shell of his once arrogant self. "I will rip you apart and make you watch as I break the souls of those you love boy!!!."

Izuku's chest heaved, his breath ragged, but the anger—the fire—inside him burned brighter. "No! I won't let him touch them!!" he shouted, his voice a roar. His hand gripped the ground, and he surged forward, moving faster than he ever had before. He was fueled by rage, by loss, by the weight of all the people who had fallen under Destiny's control. This wasn't just a fight—it was a declaration.

Izuku's body flared with One For All as he propelled himself toward Destiny, the demon mark revealed itself over Izukus forehead, his magic power surged and shot him faster than a speeding bullet. His impurity arm, charged with all the might of his enhanced abilities, shot forward in a final, devastating attack. "One For All Utopia: 100%—SMASH!"

The punch collided with Destiny's shield with an explosion of pure force. For a split second, there was nothing but a blinding flash of light. The world seemed to hold its breath, the air itself trembling with the sheer intensity of the blow and the glass of sky scrapers surrounding the battle shattered.

[End music]

Meanwhile with Batman:

Batman stood in the midst of the chaos, his cowl shadowing his eyes as he faced off against Green Lantern, John Stewart. The towering, glowing figure of Stewart, clad in his iconic green armor, stood firm. His power ring flared as he floated slightly off the ground, ready to unleash its full might.

But Batman wasn't phased. He had faced gods, monsters, and more. A Green Lantern was no different.

John launched the first punch, an arm encased in a shimmering green construct that could crush steel. Batman was fast, sidestepping the blow with a fluid motion. His movements were almost like a dance, elegant yet deadly. He closed the distance in a heartbeat, throwing a series of rapid jabs at Stewart's midsection.

John grunted with each impact, but his ring flared to life, forming a defensive shield around him. Batman's blows hit the barrier but didn't penetrate.

"You can't hurt me, demon," John said, his voice steady, even in the face of Batman's relentless assault. "I'm a Green Lantern. My ring—"

Batman's lips curled into a grim smile, and with a sudden move, he feinted low, drawing John's attention. Stewart's instincts kicked in, and he threw a right hook at where Batman should've been. But Batman wasn't there anymore.

With a quick slip, Batman sidestepped to the right. He moved like a shadow, his timing perfect. In one fluid motion, he stepped into John's blind spot and launched a brutal sucker punch, catching the Green Lantern off-guard.

The impact knocked John backward, his body flying through the air, and he crashed into the concrete with a heavy thud.

John shook his head, dazed, the green glow of his ring flickering for a brief moment before it went dim. His eyes widened in confusion as he looked down at his right hand. The ring—his constant companion, his greatest source of power—was gone.

"What... what happened to my ring?" John muttered, his voice tinged with disbelief. "It... it disappeared."

Before he could even process what had just happened, Batman stepped into his line of sight, his eyes burning with cold resolve. John's confusion quickly turned to alarm as Batman pulled out a small device from his utility belt, expertly snapping it into place.

"You'll need more than a ring to stop me, Lantern," Batman said, his voice as cold as steel.

In one swift motion, Batman activated the device. A surge of electrical energy shot out in a crackling arc, striking John Stewart square in the chest. The force of the taser hit with precision, the current coursing through Stewart's body. His muscles locked, his eyes widened in shock, and he dropped to the ground like a ragdoll, his body twitching involuntarily.

Batman looked at his fallen comrade with narrow eyes when he heard a loud roar of anger.

Wonder woman: GRAAAAAH!!!!

Wonder Woman's battle cry pierced through the screams of the city, drawing his attention immediately. He didn't have to look far before he saw her.

Batman: Perfect

She was charging towards him with unstoppable speed, her eyes blazing with fury. The golden glow of her Lasso of Truth swirled around her hand like a serpent ready to strike. Her battle-ready stance was flawless, a true warrior on the hunt.

Batman was already calculating his next move, but then, as if on cue, the air shifted once more.

Zatanna and Constantine appeared in the fray, both moving with practiced efficiency. Zatanna, her black cloak billowing, muttered an incantation under her breath, her hands moving in the familiar gestures of magic.

"Iteraca!" she cried, her voice filled with power.

In an instant, a burst of purple magic shot forward, enveloping Wonder Woman's body. The Lasso of Truth suddenly whipped out of Diana's hand, its golden coils swirling in mid-air as if caught in an invisible force. Before Diana could react, the lasso wrapped around her tightly, binding her arms and pulling her off balance.

Wonder Woman stumbled, her face etched with confusion as she tried to break free. "What is this?!" she shouted, struggling against the magical force.

Batman's eyes narrowed, sensing an opportunity to regroup. But before he could act, Constantine stepped forward, his ever-present cigarette dangling from his lips. He gave a quick glance towards Zatanna, and then turned his attention to Wonder Woman.

"Mare! Go to sleep." he muttered, his voice dark and commanding as he gestured with his hand.

The air around Wonder Woman shimmered with dark magic, and in an instant, a deep slumber overtook her. Her struggles slowed, and her legs buckled beneath her. She collapsed to the ground, unconscious, the golden lasso now lying motionless across her form.

Constantine clicked his tongue before lighting a spear.

John: Fine lot of good you've done mate, the bloody city is lit up like a fockin candle

Zee: We woke up thanks to a call from Alfred

She spoke to Batman with a worried expression and a quite shake in her voice.

Batman: What did he say ?

Zee: Stars and Stripes is on her way but she may not make it in time to stop him

Batman: Who?

Boston suddenly flew straight towards the team, Panic visible on his pale face.

"Batman!" Boston shouted, his voice filled with urgency. "The kid needs you—now!"

Batman's head snapped toward Boston, his gaze sharp as ever. "What's going on?"

Boston didn't have a chance to respond. The ground beneath them suddenly shook with a deafening explosion, the force of it throwing dust and debris into the air. The team instinctively ducked, their attention snapping to the source of the blast.

They looked up in horror. There, slamming into the side of a nearby 20-foot building, was Izuku Midoriya, his body crashing into the wall with bone-rattling force. The impact created a crater-like indentation in the concrete, and the building seemed to shudder from the force.

Before anyone could react, Superman appeared from above, his cape billowing in the wind, and dove toward Izuku's prone form. With a powerful tackle, Superman smashed through the wall of the building, sending chunks of debris flying as he drove Izuku deeper into the structure.

The team watched in stunned silence as the two figures disappeared through the rubble, the sound of their collision echoing across the city.

Zatanna clenched her fists, her eyes blazing with magic. "What the hell just happened?! Why is Superman attacking him?"

Batman's expression turned grim, his jaw tightening as his mind raced. "Destiny managed to control the league,There's no time to waste. I have to go."

He turned to the team, his voice steady, but urgency seeped through his words. "Prepare for the worst. We're not dealing with just one threat anymore."

Constantine pulled out his cigarette, and exhaled a puff of smoke. "Bloody hell, mate. This is one hell of a mess. But we're in it now."

Zatanna raised her hands, preparing to cast another spell, her brow furrowing in concentration. "Let's move quickly. We need to get to him before it's too late."

Batman didn't need any more words. He was already in motion, darting forward toward the wreckage of the building where Izuku had been thrown, his mind focused on only one thing: reaching the young hero before it was too late.

Meanwhile in a helicopter over the city:

Lois Lane was gripping the edge of her seat in the helicopter, her eyes glued to the viewfinder of her camera as Metropolis sprawled out beneath them. Jimmy Olsen was at the helm of the camera, capturing everything that was happening on the streets below. The tension in the air was palpable, and Lois could sense it even from up here.

"This is Lois Lane, Apprentice at the daily planet live from the skies" Lois voice crackled in her earpiece, her tone tense. "We've got a full-scale situation unfolding here. There's something huge going down—Superman's in the thick of it, and he's not fighting alone. He's teamed up with someone—or something else. A kid, just about barely standing, is holding his own against Superman."

Lois didn't need Jimmy to tell her that the situation was escalating. Her eyes were already fixed on the massive collision taking place below. Superman—usually the symbol of hope and power in Metropolis—was engaged in a brutal battle with someone she didn't recognize. But this wasn't just any fight. He was helping Destiny, the otherworldly figure who had been wreaking havoc in the city for some time now.

She could barely make out the kid—a teen, barely out of his teenage years, covered in bruises and blood, but still fighting with every ounce of strength. Lois felt a chill run through her.

"That kid... He's fighting back against Superman. That's—" Lois muttered under her breath, then flicked her attention back to the camera. "Jimmy, get a closer look at the kid. We need to know who he is."

Jimmy zoomed in, and the camera lens focused on the teenager with dark green hair, a burned-up costume, and a look of sheer determination. Lois's breath caught in her throat.

"Is that—?" she started to ask, but the scene below her shifted, and suddenly, she was pulled back into the moment.

Izuku Midoriya, despite being outmatched, was fighting like a warrior, using every skill and magic he had—Natsu's Fire Dragon magic, Meliodas's Full Counter—anything to protect himself from the blows Superman and Destiny were dealing. He's using everything. Lois's mind raced as she saw him throw punches, fire blasts, and even summon powers that were not his own.

But Superman wasn't backing down. He used his heat vision to scorch the ground beneath Izuku's feet and even hurled him through the air with powerful blows. Each strike was calculated, deliberate, and the red heat of Superman's eyes burned with a terrifying intensity.

Izuku hit the ground hard, rolling but quickly regaining his feet. "Come on, come on!" Lois heard him mutter, his voice strained, but filled with resolve.

"He's holding his own, but it's not going to last," Jimmy murmured into his mic. "The kid's strong, but Superman's not pulling punches. What's going on down there, Lois? This is insane."

Lois didn't answer immediately. Her eyes were fixed on the young man—Izuku—who was now battling Destiny, whose glowing aura made him look like something otherworldly something demonic even. Destiny seemed to direct the fight with cold, calculating precision, his dark presence making the situation all the more intense.

"Superman's on his side..." Lois whispered. "This is bigger than just a fight. This is about more than just power. The villain, this so called Destiny's manipulating this battle, and Superman's helping him..." Her voice trailed off as the helicopter swayed in the wind, but she didn't take her eyes off the fight below.

"Jimmy, keep filming," Lois instructed, her voice steady despite the chaos unfolding. "We need to get this out to the people. Superman's supposed to be our protector. Why is he helping someone like Destiny?"

She watched as Izuku dodged another strike, using a combination of his For All and Rokuros's Impurity Arm abilities to deflect the powerful blows. But Destiny was relentless, hi form flickering with dark energy as she and Superman seemed to corner him. It was becoming clear that the young fighter couldn't take much more.

"Come on, kid. Get up," Lois muttered, her heart racing. She could feel the urgency in her bones. "Where is the cavalry? Where are the other heroes?"

Just then, the fight reached a critical point. Izuku was thrown into a building, crashing through the side of it with enough force to send debris flying. Superman followed, his speed unmatched as he tackled Izuku through the structure. Lois winced as she watched the young man get crushed beneath the force of Superman's blow.

"This isn't good..." Jimmy said, his voice crackling with concern. "Lois, I'm telling you, he's outmatched."

Lois clenched her fists, her mind racing. "We need to find out who he is, and we need to get help, fast."

But just as she was about to shout for the pilot to get closer, a massive explosion erupted in the distance, catching everyone's attention. The shockwave rocked the helicopter, and Lois was momentarily blinded by the dust and smoke.

"What the hell was that?" she yelled over the comms, as the helicopter dipped dangerously.

Jimmy focused the camera on the wreckage below, capturing the aftermath of the explosion. There was Izuku, struggling to stand against the rubble, barely conscious, and Superman hovering above him, poised to strike again.

"As you can see the situation is growing worse, to any pro hero close by please hurry," Lois said, her voice sharp with urgency. "He can't face this alone."

But it was clear that without backup, Izuku was about to face an impossible fight. Lois felt the gravity of the situation hit her like a ton of bricks. This battle wasn't just about the city anymore. It was about a new hero, one who might be the only thing standing between Metropolis and total destruction.

With Izuku:

Izuku smashed straight into the concrete streets below, smoke and dust filled with air around him, covering his bruised and battered figure. His black suit gifted to him by batman torn in several places and barely holding itself over his torso, blood flowed down his forehead and onto the floor as he coughed in pain.

Superman stood tall above the fallen Izuku, his cape fluttering as he scanned the boy beneath him. His eyes burned with a mixture of confusion and determination. Izuku, despite all his pain, slowly pushed himself off the ground, his breath coming in ragged gasps. The impact of the previous blow had sent shockwaves through his body, but there was no way he was going down without a fight.

"You're not getting away from me, kid." Superman's voice was low and cold, filled with the unrelenting power of the Man of Steel. He raised a fist, ready to deliver another crushing blow, but before he could move, a fiery aura exploded from Izuku's body, the flames roaring like a dragon awakened from a deep slumber.

"Fire Dragon's Roar!" Izuku shouted, his breath igniting with Natsu's Fire Dragon Slayer magic. A tidal wave of flames burst from his mouth, slamming into Superman's chest. The heat was overwhelming, the fire a tangible force of nature. But Superman barely flinched, raising his arms and using his invulnerability to shield himself from the onslaught.

"Are you even trying?" Superman's voice was like a thunderclap, but before Izuku could respond, the Kryptonian lunged forward with the speed of a comet, landing a brutal punch across Izuku's jaw.

The force sent Izuku flying through the air, his body spiraling uncontrollably before crashing into the side of a nearby building, crumbling the structure around him.

"Ugh..." Izuku groaned, his vision blurred, but the fire within him never dimmed. He pushed himself up, sparks of Natsu's magic still crackling around him. He could feel the presence of Destiny looming, but before he could react, the ground beneath him trembled violently.

Destiny emerged from the shadows, his form a dark and malevolent presence. His eyes gleamed with twisted amusement, and his voice was like a hiss of venom.

"Did you truly think you could stop Destiny?"

Destiny sneered, his hands crackling with dark energy as he unleashed a barrage of destructive blasts toward Izuku. The attacks hit with the force of a bomb, blasting Izuku back once more.

Izuku gasped, trying to shield himself, but Destiny was relentless. The dark god wasn't about to give him any breathing room.

"One For All!" Izuku shouted through gritted teeth, his body surging with energy as the power of All Might's quirk coursed through him. His limbs trembled with the intensity of the power as he pushed himself forward, charging toward Destiny.

But before he could even get close, Destiny raised his hand and released an even more powerful blast of dark energy, sending Izuku skidding back. His feet dug into the cracked ground as he fought to remain standing, his breath ragged.

Izuku clenched his fists, summoning the full strength of Meliodas power his eyes became black and his demon mark appeared over his forehead it's dark energy intertwining with his golden flames.

"To think an insignificant pest like you, could hurt me?"

Destiny mocked, the shadows around him swirling like a storm.

"Your resistance means nothing. You are nothing compared to me!"

Izuku's heart raced, and just as he was about to fight back, he felt something surge through him. Rokuro's Impurity Arm. The power of the cursed arm pulsed within him, its unnatural energy weaving through his muscles, giving him an edge. His eyes narrowed, and his muscles burned with the strength of the arm. He reached forward, ready to unleash the raw force of the Impurity Arm—until Superman's fist landed directly into his chest, knocking the air out of him.

Izuku gasped in agony his chest felt as if it caved in, his vision flickering as the combined forces of Superman and Destiny crashed down on him.

Superman didn't hesitate. He flew down, his fists like meteors, smashing into Izuku's body with an unforgiving fury. Each punch sent shockwaves through the air, rattling the nearby buildings and leaving Izuku struggling to stay conscious. But no matter how hard he fought, it wasn't enough.

Izuku's body was battered and broken, but there was a fire inside him that refused to die. With a final, desperate surge of power, he roared out, "Fire Dragon's Brilliant Flame!" The heat of the flames was so intense that it scorched the air, the golden fire erupting from Izuku's hands in a concentrated beam. It collided with Superman's chest, pushing the Man of Steel back a few steps, but it wasn't enough to stop him.

[Pause music]

Then, as if responding to the attack, Destiny's form twisted and shifted, a massive wave of dark energy colliding with Izuku's flames, causing an explosion of force that sent both Superman and Izuku reeling. Izuku's body slammed into the ground, the impact leaving a crater beneath him. Blood trickled from his mouth, his limbs feeling like lead.

But as the smoke began to clear, Izuku's glowing green eyes blazed with fury and defiance.

"I can do this... all day..." He whispered to himself, summoning every last ounce of strength.

Superman's voice thundered down from above, filled with resolve.

"No, you can't." He raised his fist for the final blow, his aura radiating with unstoppable power.

But before he could strike, a shadow darted across the sky. A sleek, black silhouette cut through the air, followed by a deep, grating voice.

"Get away from him!!."

In a flash, Batman descended from the darkness, his cape billowing as he flew straight at Superman a kryptonite ring on his finger as he smashed his fist against the man of steels right cheek sending the hero against the ground . Then as swift as he flew in Batman spun and through several batarangs at Destiny who in his arrogance didn't put up his barrier allowing the batarangs to lodge into his near impenitrable skin and blow up in a powerful explosion.

Destiny roared in pain and tried to move, but the a sudden blast of gold magic held him in place as if paralysed thanks to Constantine.

Meanwhile, Zatanna and John Constantine both leaped into action. Zatanna's fingers moved in a graceful arc as she shouted,

"Serpens Domine!"

A massive serpent of magical energy shot toward Superman, wrapping around him with incredible force, pulling him back. Superman struggled against the binding magic, his strength fighting to break free, but Zatanna's spell held firm, keeping the Man of Steel at bay.

"This is where it gets interesting." Constantine smirked, before the shadows around Superman began to twist and distort, weakening the Kryptonian's strength and focus.

"I've been itching for a fight." Constantine's voice was a mix of sarcasm and wicked delight as his magic began to take hold.

As Superman was restrained, Batman rushed to Izukus side, checking up on him and lifting him up using his own body to support the boy.

"Get some rest, kid. We've got your back." Batman's voice was firm, the weight of his words carrying across the battlefield.

Izuku's head snapped up, his green eyes locking with Batman's. For a moment, he felt a surge of hope—a reminder that he wasn't alone in this fight.

The team was here.

Batman had brought them all together, and now it was their turn to fight back against the overwhelming odds.

"You've got the power to fight through this. But we'll finish this together!" Batman called, throwing a batarang toward Destiny who had managed to break out Constantines hold. It sliced through the air and embedded itself in the dark god's chest, causing a burst of magical energy to destabilize his form, knocking him off-balance as he howled in agony.

Destiny's eyes flashed with fury, but before he could retaliate, Zatanna and Constantine combined their magic, their power surging in perfect sync.

"pirg s'tnaiG!" Zatanna shouted, and in an instant, a colossal, glowing hand made of magical energy grabbed hold of Destiny, pulling him back and trapping him in place.

With Destiny temporarily immobilized, Batman turned back to Superman, who was still struggling against the magical constructs and trying to break free from Zatanna's bindings.

"Zee, John—hold him down!" Batman barked, his tone as sharp as ever.

Zatanna and Constantine both nodded, working together to reinforce the magical restraints on Superman, keeping him from causing more destruction.

Izuku's stance wavered, but he stood tall once again, his eyes narrowing with resolve. "I'm not done yet!" he shouted, his voice filled with newfound confidence.

Batman looked at Izuku with worry before, giving a rare, encouraging nod.

In that moment, the team locked eyes, each of them knowing that they had to finish this battle together. The fight wasn't over yet. But with their combined efforts, they might just stand a chance at overcoming the forces of Destiny and Superman's relentless assault.
