By the time Asher Ryder finished his shower and stepped into the bedroom, Ewan had already buried himself under the covers, wrapping up like a tight little cocoon. Although they shared the same bed, they still used two separate blankets. Yet, in the middle of the night, Ewan's blanket would inevitably be kicked away by Ewan himself, and he would automatically roll into the man's embrace. After all, being held by Asher was far warmer than any of those blankets.
At first, when Asher entered the room, the man assumed Ewan had already fallen asleep. But upon noticing the bundled-up blanket on the bed occasionally wiggling, Asher realized that Ewan was simply feeling shy.
