I tried to turn away, but Kayden was still pinching my cheeks as if he had no intention of letting me go.
"Let go already!" I demanded, struggling to free myself.
"What's the magic word?" he asked, looking far too pleased with himself.
I glared at him. "P-Please..."
"Good girl."
He finally smiled and released my cheeks.
The moment he let go, I bolted straight toward Gawain and hid behind him.
