"You are now." Erin laughed openly, and even several sales associates had begun smiling.
Dakota crossed her arms. "I feel like I'm being ambushed."
"You are," Takoda admitted honestly. The child immediately began browsing through racks of clothing with surprising determination—a cream-colored sweater, a long black coat, soft knit dresses, elegant trousers. One by one, pieces began accumulating in the arms of bewildered attendants.
Dakota stared. "My dear, how do you know so much about clothes?"
Takoda looked confused. "Royal Father buys magazines." The entire group froze. Dakota blinked. Elena blinked. Erin blinked. Even the attendants paused. Dakota slowly turned. "He does what?"
Takoda nodded matter-of-factly because when he had acknowledged him as her brother, she had known this. "He keeps fashion magazines in his study."
