"I feel so happy just thinking about being able to eat such delicious meals every day in the future~"
The cafeteria in the dormitory building was staffed by professional chefs, just like the one in the main teaching building. The food was no worse than high-end restaurants outside—if anything, it was even better. On top of that, the nutritional balance was carefully designed.
After dinner, everyone from Class A gathered in the common lounge on the first floor, sprawled across the sofas and chatting comfortably.
"Thank goodness," Midoriya sighed in relief, patting his chest. "I thought Aizawa-sensei was going to give us a brutal lecture. We joined that battle without permission, after all."
"What's the big deal?" Masata said lazily, sinking deep into the sofa. "You guys were part of an organized operation, okay? Special Operations Team Member Midoriya Izuku—doesn't that sound awesome?"
Midoriya felt like Masata was overthinking things.
"This kind of soft sofa is amazing," Masata added contentedly. "The wooden sofa at home is pure torture."
That was true. Ever since Yaoyorozu had replaced the sofa in Masata's house with one made of so-called "sacred wood," he hadn't been able to lie down comfortably anymore. His parents loved it, and Yaoyorozu's gaze toward him had started to resemble that of a future daughter-in-law.
"Boys! You've cleaned your rooms, right?"
"How about we hold a room showcase tour?"
Suddenly, Kurosawa Yoru and Ashido's excited voices rang out from behind.
The moment they heard this, Midoriya, Tokoyami, and Mineta froze. Their faces turned pale.
"W-Wait!"
Midoriya was the first to rush to his door and open it.
The instant everyone poured in, he collapsed to the floor as if his soul had left his body.
"This is… public execution…"
Inside the room, every single wall was covered in All Might posters. The desk, the bookshelf, and even the wardrobe were packed with handmade All Might figures and merchandise. Even the carpet had All Might's name stitched into it.
"Amazing! This is otaku-level decoration!" the girls exclaimed.
They had always known Midoriya was a hardcore All Might fan, but none of them had expected this level of devotion.
"I… I'm done…" Midoriya muttered.
His heart took critical damage. He lay flat on the floor, too embarrassed to face anyone.
"Don't worry, Midoriya!" Kirishima tried to comfort him. "True fans fill their rooms with what they love and don't care what others think! You should be proud!"
He gave Midoriya a thumbs-up.
Unfortunately, that only dealt another critical hit. Midoriya slumped even further.
Next was Tokoyami's room.
He tried to block the door, but he couldn't resist the overwhelming crowd and was dragged aside.
The entire room was pitch black in tone. Even with the lights on, it felt gloomy. Medieval-style armor, dark banners, and strange emblems covered the walls, giving off an intense "dark knight" atmosphere.
Right next door was Aoyama's room—completely opposite in style.
Bright lights, glittering decorations, and reflective surfaces filled the space. When Masata stepped inside, he felt like he'd entered a karaoke bar.
It suited Aoyama perfectly.
"Who's next?" someone asked excitedly.
Everyone moved on.
"Come in! I'll open your eyes for you!"
Mineta peeked out from his door, leaving only a narrow crack. Half his face was visible, and he waved at the girls with a creepy smile. A bit of drool even hung from the corner of his mouth.
The girls' expressions instantly changed.
They had absolutely no desire to enter.
Meanwhile, several boys became curious.
"Let's see what he's hiding," Masata said, leading the charge.
A group of boys marched forward.
Seeing them coming, Mineta panicked and tried to shut the door.
But he was far too slow.
Masata easily grabbed the door and pushed it open.
"You guys… what are you doing?!"
Mineta was on the verge of tears. He wanted girls to visit his room—not a squad of guys!
"Of course we're visiting!" Masata replied cheerfully. "We're curious!"
Kaminari and Kirishima rushed in behind him.
"Whoa! What's this?!"
"Don't touch that! That's my complete collection!"
"This feels so soft!"
"That's a limited-edition doll! Be careful!"
"Mineta! Put all of this away! These things are forbidden in student dorms!" Iida shouted.
"Iida, stop! Those are my treasures!"
Chaos erupted.
Shouting, arguing, and panicked screams echoed through the dormitory.
After a while, only Mineta's wailing remained.
"My life… is over…"
Outside, the girls watched as Iida walked out carrying a large cardboard box.
Behind him, Mineta knelt on the floor like a broken man.
"Disgusting."
"So gross."
No one needed to guess what was inside the box.
The girls showed zero sympathy.
"I'll hand these over to Aizawa-sensei tomorrow!" Iida declared righteously. "As U.A. students, we must not be corrupted by such things!"
His upright posture contrasted sharply with Mineta's lifeless state.
Masata silently gave him a thumbs-up.
Iida really was easy to rely on.
After that, everyone visited Ojiro's, Iida's, Kaminari's, and several other rooms.
One highlight was Sato's room—he had baked cakes inside, and they were surprisingly delicious. The girls praised him nonstop.
"So…" Kurosawa Yoru counted on his fingers. "The only boy's room left is Masata's, right?"
Since Bakugo had already fallen asleep, Masata—who lived on the fifth floor—became everyone's final destination.
All eyes turned toward him.
