Flo Re was cleaning some leaves from Me Toe Re's arms and head. Me Toe Re just stared at Flo Re and let her clean. Lut Set and Te Ra didn't know what to say. Te Ra was hiding behind Lut Set. Lut Set looked at her.
"Come on, say something."
Te Ra was shocked and shouted back, though not too loud.
"Why do I have to?"
Lut Set: "Because you usually talk too much, right?"
Te Ra: "Those are two different things! Talking to you and talking to her is not the same thing!"
Lut Set just blinked.
"Like books?"
Te Ra pointed at his forehead.
"I still don't agree with that."
Lut Set looked at Me Toe Re.
"Is she even a girl?"
Te Ra looked at her too. Me Toe Re took something from her coat pocket and gave it to Flo Re.
"I don't know but... I mean, she doesn't act 'cool' or anything."
Flo Re took the book and petted Me Toe Re's head three times. Me Toe Re didn't deny it; she just let her, looking like she even enjoyed it a little. Lut Set sighed.
"It's not like she's old enough to know about genders in bed."
Me Toe Re looked like she remembered something. She took a necklace from her shirt pocket and gave it to Flo Re. The necklace was a golden egg shape with a black rope. Flo Re took it and put it on.
Te Ra looked at him.
"What do you mean by that?"
Lut Set patted her head.
"Trust me, you don't want to know about this, in your age."
Te Ra blushed from the patting but was also annoyed.
"You idiot!"
Lut Set looked at Flo Re and Me Toe Re, who were checking each other's chest sizes.
"How about checking chest sizes instead? Pretty sure they are larger than yours."
Te Ra opened her mouth. Her sharp teeth sparked in the sunlight.
Five minutes later...
Flo Re was cleaning some blood from Lut Set's right hand and tying it up. Lut Set watched Flo Re dry the blood from the bite marks Te Ra had left on his fingers.
Lut Set: "You've done this twice in one day. You little Orc."
Te Ra didn't buy it.
"That's a fictional character, you idiot. Stop saying that. And this happening because of you bringing my chest into the conversation for no reason."
Lut Set looked at her.
"If you just wore some boy's clothes and manipulated people, they'd believe it. Even though you're dumb."
Te Ra got even more annoyed.
"Do you want another bite?"
Lut Set shook his head immediately.
"Nah. But I still think if you were a male instead of whatever weird girl bull shit you are, you'd be worse than an orc."
Te Ra rested a hand on her waist.
"I really don't know what you're talking about."
Her other hand touched the side of her jaw.
"I know they are pale and kind of... something that's going to kill you instantly."
Lut Set scratched his lip. His lip twitched.
"Where did you see that?"
Flo Re tied some white paper over his wounds. These papers were as tough as cloth. Te Ra blinked.
"Where do you think? From my uncle, of course."
Lut Set: "You watched all of it?"
Te Ra put her hand back on her waist.
"Nah... I dropped it when I saw that orc kill a man when he saw an average woman. Maybe it's just some shit drama."
Lut Set smirked.
"You mean a pretty girl."
Te Ra clenched her fists in front of her chest.
"No! I mean... it's just... a woman."
Lut Set: "Yeah, right. You only use the word 'average' for women when they are prettier than you. I bet I'm right, aren't I?"
Te Ra shouted back: "No! I am not!"
Lut Set sighed. It looked like the ball stuck in his throat finally went down to his stomach.
"Thanks Joe that you didn't keep watching it."
Te Ra rested her hands on her waist.
"What do you mean? What was that video about? Was it 'peak'?"
Lut Set: "No, no. It's not peak. It's far from peak. Ah... well, sometimes it's peak, but not that one. And you don't need to know these things at your age."
Te Ra twitched her lip.
"Now I'm more curious. You and my uncle keep avoiding me regarding whatever this is. You two don't want me to find out, right?"
Lut Set touched his back.
"Hey, hey, hey, look."
Flo Re just watched this nonsense. Lut Set held his hands up in front of his chest and shook them.
Lut Set: "We will watch this when you are old enough, okay? Deal?"
Te Ra sighed.
"Okay, deal. And when will that day be?"
Lut Set thought for a moment.
"I don't know exactly. How about after three—"
Te Ra: "Three?"
Lut Set held up two fingers on his right hand, but he forgot about the bite wounds.
"I mean two... two. Ouch!"
He hurt by held up two fingers on his right hand without thinking.
Te Ra: "Well, I don't know what you're planning, but whatever."
Lut Set dropped his fingers back down. Flo Re looked at Me Toe Re and then back at the others. She yawned.
Lut Set: "Okay, so what is your request for accepting this deal?"
Te Ra smirked.
"You really know what I'm going to say, huh? I'll save that for next time. But for now..." She looked at Me Toe Re. "Can you help me out with this creep? She's been staring at us for so long."
Lut Set and Flo Re looked at Me Toe Re. Me Toe Re was frozen there, acting like she didn't exist. Lut Set stared at her. Me Toe Re stared back. Lut Set touched his fingers.
Lut Set: "Are you going to stand like that all day?"
Me Toe Re: "Hm?"
She looked around and then back at Lut Set. "Ah... ah... Boo."
Lut Set just stared at her. She started to sweat. Flo Re sighed and smiled gently at Me Toe Re.
Flo Re: "Just calm down. Lut Set isn't a bad guy, but he's not a good guy either."
Lut Set looked at her.
"Wow, what a safe way to put it."
Me Toe Re finally spoke, her lip shaking.
"Ah—ah... nice... nice to meet you. I guess... I mean, really nice to meet you."
Lut Set nodded slowly twice.
"Yes, 'Boo'
I also enjoy this 'nice to meet you' situation."
Me Toe Re blinked.
"Why—what? Oh, oh... you must mean another person, right?"
Lut Set:
"No, I mean you, Ms. Cutie."
Me Toe Re froze. "No-no-no-no, now it's getting even weirder—"
Lut Set cut her off.
"Just shut the fuck up! You are the prettiest person I've ever seen in my life. Don't be pathetic in front of me."
Me Toe Re: "O-Okay?"
Flo Re shook her head. "Don't touch under of her skin, Lut Set."
Then she looks at Me Toe Re.
"Don't take his words too seriously, okay Me Toe Re?"
Me Toe Re: "O-Okay, then..."
Te Ra peeked at her and whispered.
"Creep."
Me Toe Re froze again. Flo Re looked at Te Ra.
"Seriously, Te Ra?"
Te Ra looked at her.
"Hm!"
Flo Re looked back at Me Toe Re.
"So... do you want to introduce yourself to them?"
Me Toe Re was nervous.
"Well... because of this awkward situation, I must introduce myself to calm things down. Huh?"
Flo Re nodded twice.
"Yes, yes. That is the Me Toe Re I know."
Te Ra peeked at Me Toe Re.
"So, you aren't a ghost?"
Me Toe Re looked at her.
"I'm not sure if I look like one or not, but as an 'Ela', I already have experience with ghosts. They only appear in the evening and afternoon. So don't worry about it."
Lut Set sighed.
"Are you going to hide behind me forever?"
Te Ra looked at him.
"If I have to! What if she's lying to me?"
Me Toe Re coughed upon hearing this. Lut Set looked at her.
Lut Set: "She said she isn't. What more do you want?"
Te Ra: "A fool never says he's a fool—"
Lut Set shouted: "I told you that's the wrong—"
She squeezed his cheeks.
"Ah! I don't care if it's right or wrong. I like those standard words, so I'll use them!"
Me Toe Re looked at Flo Re.
"Does she have a contract or something?"
Flo Re shook her head.
"No, it's just that 'standard words' means 'example words for daily situations' in this place."
Me Toe Re: "Oh... oh, now I see."
Lut Set grabbed Te Ra's hands and pressed his forehead against hers.
"Stop teasing me like that."
Te Ra smirked.
"What if I don't?"
They stayed pressed together in a forehead battle. Flo Re watched them, then put her hand to her chest and took a deep breath.
Me Toe Re: "If you'll pardon me..."
Lut Set and Te Ra looked at her.
Me Toe Re: "Sorry for misunderstanding this... now I see. You two are close, I guess."
Te Ra: "Oh yeah, I sleep with him."
Me Toe Re was shocked.
"Ay—ayyyy!"
She froze.
Flo Re: "It's just a sleepover. Don't think the wrong thing."
Me Toe Re looked at Flo Re.
"I... I see. You're right. I mean... what was I even thinking? Right?"
Lut Set gave her a thumbs up.
"How about you date me then?"
Me Toe Re was shocked and froze. Te Ra looked at him.
Te Ra: "Where or when? Can I join?"
Lut Set looked at her.
"You are supposed to deny this."
Te Ra looked excited.
"What? I really want you to get a girlfriend or something. So I can bully your kids."
Lut Set touched the back of his head.
"Hearing that from you is... I don't know, it feels off."
Me Toe Re: "You didn't mean it, right?"
Lut Set looked at her.
"Oh, it's not like I'm confessing. But if I get the chance, I'll look for it."
Me Toe Re blinked.
"Ah... huh. I see..."
Te Ra coughed. They all looked at her. Te Ra held up one hand with her index finger pointed up, while her other hand rested on her waist.
Te Ra: "After observing you with my great knowledge..."
Lut Set: "Don't act like a genius."
Te Ra shouted back: "Shut up!"
She coughed again and spoke.
"So, in my opinion..."
Te Ra pointed at Me Toe Re.
"You are not a ghost."
Me Toe Re was at a loss for words.
Lut Set: "Don't act like a genius."
Te Ra: "I said shut up!"
Me Toe Re just nodded.
"Ah, yeah... yeah, I'm not a ghost."
Te Ra pushed Lut Set aside and went to Me Toe Re. Lut Set literally slipped. Te Ra checked Me Toe Re over, making her blush.
Te Ra: "So, if this is true..."
She pulled Me Toe Re toward her and wrapped Me Toe Re's arm around her neck.
"How about you teach me that trick? It's going to be useful."
Me Toe Re was nervous. "What—what trick?"
Suddenly, a voice came from the necklace. Flo Re took it and opened it. The egg-shaped necklace actually held a tiny mirror inside that looked like a watch phone. A message appeared on the mirror:

Flo Re checked the message. Her eyes widened slightly. Te Ra was still teasing Me Toe Re.
Te Ra: "Yep... about, how you hide in a tree?"
Me Toe Re: "Well... but, it's just..."
Flo Re closed the necklace.
"Sorry for this, but I need to go somewhere."
Lut Set looked at her.
"Where?"
Flo Re looked at him.
"To the hospital."
She turned around.
"So, see you guys later."
They watched Flo Re walk toward the hospital. Te Ra looked at Lut Set.
Te Ra: "What does that mean?"
Lut Set looked at her.
"I have no idea."
