"'Infinity Mystic Wars: Colossal Monster Doomsday Siege.'" Exusiai said, pulling a disc from the bag she'd brought back from work. "It's a movie that just came out recently, right?"
She stared at Lin Yuan, confused.
"…You didn't just think I meant something else, did you?"
"Uh—so it's Infinity Mystic Wars: Colossal Monster Doomsday Siege… I thought it was…"
"Thought it was what?"
"It's Infinity Mystic Wars: Colossal Monster Doomsday Siege," Lin Yuan repeated, forcing an awkward laugh.
He switched on the TV, took the disc from her, and slid it into the DVD player.

Then he agreed easily, as if it didn't matter much.
"But it's like playing games with a friend. Good time is worth remembering. Come on—movie, movie."
Exusiai finally recovered and quickly shook her head. Once Lin Yuan turned back to the screen, she wiped her forehead in relief.
That was close.
She'd almost gotten flustered again…

A normal "real bro" would've just joked it off with some shoving and trash talk, right? Thank god she caught herself.
But then Exusiai abruptly realized something—something sharp enough to make her breath hitch.

He turned back to the screen and kept watching.

There should be about twenty minutes left.
She tugged her clothes into place, crossed her legs, and leaned forward slightly, using her posture to hide a certain suspicious bulge.

The TV stayed dark, no sound at all.
In that silence, Exusiai was thinking.
So… she'd finally completed Texas's terrible idea.
