Suddenly, something burst into the cafeteria.
Jeremy went through the door. He had been thrown so hard that he had broken it.
The man's heavy body crashed against the floor, causing him to let out a scream of pain. However, no one kept looking at Jeremy, but rather their gazes remained fixed on the hallway, the place from which he had been thrown.
Even the monsters that had just emerged from the crack had remained still.
Aku noticed it. The atmosphere became dense, and a large amount of azoth filtered into the cafeteria.
While the demon king gained advantage the greater the amount of azoth there was in the place, he also knew that the more azoth was released, the more powerful the creature he would have to face would be.
Footsteps were heard getting closer and closer, echoing in a tense silence.
"Shit, is no one going to help me?" Jeremy complained with annoyance.
Though just as he himself had said, no one deigned to look at him.
